Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest City

I had an online order tonight and I came inside and picked it up. I got my drink and waited for a few minutes for my food. I customized my order a lot and the cooks made it PERFECT. They even wrote on the wrappers which one was chicken, which was steak, which was no sauce, etc. My taco was absolutely incredible and the best taco I've ever had from any taco bell. Everything stayed in the shell and the ingredients were evenly distributed. I couldn't be happier with the food I received. My burrito was just as perfect too. Typically at other taco bells, when I ask for extra red sauce, it's all at one end or it leaks out of the tortilla. But this burrito was absolutely perfect with a lot of sauce throughout the entire thing with no leaks! The restaurant was pretty busy when I was there and it was late so it is so much more impressive that my food was perfect, even late at night when they were busy. Instead of rushing through my order, they took their time and did it properly and I really appreciate the difference! I've never had such a great experience at a taco bell before. I would give 10...

i go to this taco bell on a regular basis. i’m a bartender so my late night options are this location and waffle house lol. tonight i had the best service i have ever had. i can honestly say i have never had a bad experience here. sometimes the line is long and it takes a little while to get through but i always have a great attitude from the employees. tonight i had the best. i didn’t catch any names, which i should have. there was no one in line and the guy who took my order was patient and very nice to my modifications and the lady at the window was soooooo sweet and soooooo beautiful with her smile. i was greeted so nicely and given my food in a matter of seconds and i have never felt like i needed to leave a review but tonight, i did! these two people who were working tonight deserve a raise or a promotion! either one, idc! they were fabulous! i loved it! you go guys! keep up the...

I was so disappointed at thos location. If you want your food bagged you obviously have to ask for it to be bagged. If not they just hand it out the window to you. If you want taco sauce don't go through the drive-thru you will only get about 5 little packets in a bag that's split down the side so that it falls out when they hand it to you. Also if you want a real fork you need to go inside they don't give out real forks in the drive-thru. Only sporks. And sporks should be against the law they suck. And if you want friendly service don't stop at this location. I was treated like I was bothering them. The food was ice cold and nasty. The owner of this location needs to secret shop his store because he would see they are bad which effects his bottom line.
