Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Forest City

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. Every employee seemed very nice accept the lady who I assume is the manager or person in charge. (She had dark hair and a serious staring problem). She was openly disrespectful and rude to her fellow employees which not only is unprofessional but made the environment uncomfortable then she was making rude comments to my boyfriend and i arguing about what food he got suggesting we were trying to steal. She then proceeded to give him and i both dirty looks and stare at our food as it was being made as if we were doing something wrong. She also loudly told the employee that made our food that she was going to “let it slide” that we wanted our tacos put into bowls because we were eating in the car and didnt want a mess. We werent attempting to sneak extra food or steal and were not aware that it was a policy, she not only didnt inform us but went out of her way to passive aggressively make sure we knew she was displeased which is BEYOND unprofessional. I asked the girl if the stories I'd heard of their short portioning their customers when compared to other Chipotle locations in the chain, and she hot a little salty saying short portions are impossible as Chipotle serving sizes are standardized. Then I saw the MAYBE 1/8th cup of carnival, and said yes, you're short portioning people. Then she gave me my burrito that's only 6.5" long, and fits in the bottom of my Chipotle bag flat at the bottom with extra room.

I've never a a Chipotle burrito that fit in the bag any direction but top to bottom. Absolutely NEVER flat on the bottom.

As for food quality? Meat was dry. Rice was dry and hard. And beans were dry and crusty like they'd been sitting there since yesterday. And all this costing $13.32, when it's barely worth the $0.32

Will I go back? Not in this lifetime to THIS LOCATION. I'll stick to the very occasional Chipotle run when already in...

I don’t usually take the time to give Google reviews, but I will never go back to this location. I ordered online and was given an order time of 20 minutes later. When I arrived to pick up my order two other people were waiting before me. Meanwhile people are coming into the store ordering and getting their food and cars are moving through the drive through. Not once did an employee acknowledge any of us waiting on an online order. After waiting 15 more minutes, finally another customer spoke up to a team member and she went and got Tina “the manager”. Tina approached us with an attitude and when asked what we should do she shrugged her shoulder and said well wait or leave.
