Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Forest City

I was recommending this location to the drivers I know and people I come in contact with, but today’s experience left me very disappointed. I have placed online orders from here before with no problems. Today I placed a lunch order for myself and 3 others only to get a call telling me that my order has been canceled due to them not delivering to this address. My issue is that it should be listed on the website if non deliverable. I have had orders delivered here on more than one occasion. It was such an inconvenience and disappointment to tell others that we can’t get out lunch as expected even though the online tracker updating me of the order being processed and the food was in the oven. The employee was so unprofessional when contacting and provided NO apologies. HORRIBLE...

I ordered and when he got here my order came to $25 something I gave him $40. I have never had an issue with ordering from you and I have ordered from you all since I became a adult. I am 33 and this was the worse service I explained to him I understand you carry less than 20 but if the amount is not enough to give change for a order after paid from a 20 they need to specify they do not carry change at all. After I already explained he went to box and pointed to the saying under $20 which I already had explained why I dont understand why they did not have any change. Which was rude . Parmesan bread bites were cooked perfectly, sum dominos overcook them. The employees had it waiting for me on the counter when I got there Even having someone go through the receipt checking each item individually to ensure that I got everything I ordered and my drink.
