Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Forest City

Ordered pizza at 11:30. Can't get any text saying they were running a little behind. At 12:58. I got a text and my pizza would be being delivered between 12:59 and 1:15. At 1:10. I proceed to call the store and ask what happened to my pizza. I was informed at doordash and never picked it up and I asked if I could come pick it up. The lady said yes. If you can get here before I get gone in about 20 minutes. I got there picked up my pizza and a little bit after 2:00. I received the text telling me that my pizza would be ready between 2:15 and 2:30. I had already gotten my pizza and started eating on it by then. I called back today asking if there anything they could do and he said yes. They could give me a 25% discount on my next order and I asked how long that would be and he said it would be in the system. I've been proceeded and I asked your name and he hung up on me. Did you hear me? He hung up on me and I wasn't then ill like I was not before carried the lady that let me come pick up my pizza. How's obviously had a very hard day and was very tired and she was trying to close up and let me come get the pizza. The manager on duty this today, can you give me a 25% discount but he hung up on me while I'm asking him what his name was so I could put it here to give him a good review. Since he hung up on me. Went there after going to another puzza restaurant where they lied about the price.Papa Johns told the truth about their pizza. I got a plain cheese and 3 garlic sauce. My stomach hurts. Im full, I need a mint.The pizza was sooooooo good. Cheese full flavor+ the garlic sauce... Oh gosh. I go at night when only 1 guy is at the front and the others are in the back cleaming. Very professional friendly staff. Some years ago I got a pizza there every wednesday, delivered where I work by a Nigerian in a Mercedes. Everyone laughed and talked about it. Even upper management laughed and said our delivery guys show up in old bomb cars and you get pizza delivered to you by a guy from Nigeria in a Mercedes. Love the people there. The manager at the register was extremely rude right from the start. I had a coupon from the papa John’s website attached to my order but it wasn’t showing up on her end. I asked about it and without even trying to help at all said “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about that, it doesn’t show up here and I’ve got nothing to do with the online coupons” I showed her the coupon that was on the papa johns website and she said fine I’ll do it once but I’m not doing it again, I’ve got nothing to do with that”. As I walked out she yelled “hope you have a WONDERFUL night” super aggressively. I was not demanding or rude or anything to deserve that treatment.
