I asked the employee 'Whit' politely to change her gloves before preparing my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and I keep kosher. She had just been cutting up a pork product for a previous patron. She was clearly offended by my request. She proceeded to talk about me as if I weren't even there, stating to another employee 'this handle and that handle and every handle I have touched with those gloves'. She was very rude, in fact brazen and over the top rude. When I heard her speaking, I said 'yes, you did touch those things as well and they used to require that use a clean knife and gloves for every patron, I suppose the standards aren't as high as they used to be'. She ignored what I said and continued with the next patron. When I walked away to make my drink, she was continuing her discussion regarding her obvious offense with the other employee. I asked another girl to speak with the manager. After a few minutes the manager 'Pam or Paula' came out and she could have cared less to resolve the issue. After sharing with her the ignorant treatment that I received for merely asking for her to change her gloves, and that I would not be returning her response was 'Okay'....Whit was bold and rude until the very last moment. As I was leaving, I told her to have a nice day and she replied 'you too, honey' with a very arrogant attitude and grin. I feel sorry for these people that they get jollies from being rude, nasty and disrespectful. I also feel sorry for those that continue to frequent this disgusting place of business....I will ensure that everyone that I know is aware of the names and this location and not to go there :) Customer service is not what it used to be. And clearly you don't have to be polite to customers. Whit, one day you will have to answer for the way you have treated people. I feel sorry for you that you don't even realize how rude and in the wrong you are towards...

The 2 girls taking the order & making the subs, were SUPER NICE! The older lady at the register, not so much. She was blatantly degrading an employee, right out in the open. She didn't even wait until customers were out of ear shot or go behind closed doors... I didn't say a word and waited until my time to pay and told her what sandwich I had. She asked did I want chips or drink, to which I replied " No thanks but do you have any more cookies coming out?" There was only one macadamia nut, one cheesecake and about 10 double chocolate. She very rudely snapped "No. That's all I'm going to have." I was like okkkk... I just paid and walked out. Not very.... Managerly at all.... The attitude, the way she was talking to the employee right behind the register & the fact that everyone knows Subway has the best cookies...... So..... How are you not going to make more of a product, when you are almost out at 6:30 p.m. ? You are not closing for a few more hours..... Don't you think you'd want to pop some more in the oven? Apparently not. I don't go to this location ever.... This was first time I've been there in at least 2 years or more possibly. I feel sorry for the people that have to work with that lady. Bad vibe in there and it just makes me not want to go back to...
