A great concept and nice staff (2) that somehow gets lost in the translation.
First of all this is NOT a sit down restaurant, even pre-COVID. It’s simply a walk up or drive up kiosk that sits next to and toward the back of a large commercial building. Previous reviews give a different impression. The red arrow is its approx location at the time of my visit. Very easy to miss even using a GPS. There is also a coffee kiosk on the other side of the empty lot.
The sandwiches, made on your choice of regular bread and then put into a panini press. (Hmmm a ciabatta roll would have been a better choice here.) So depending on what sandwich you order you will be left with a soggy mess.

Read moreI had the BBQ chicken n cheese, watched him cut the tomato and onions while I waited, the panini press really kicked up the bread a notch, the chicken chunks were ample, and real chicken, not yuck roll . . I wish they could offer an upgrade price for something with even more, but then I AM NOT in the food biz, so what do I know . . Jose and son Jackson were two of the nicest, most normal, unpretentious folks we've run into . . and the sodas were only a buck . . who does that??? A real pleasure . . . thank you both, I apologize for taking 5 years to try you out . . . I'd add photos, but ate it too quick . ....
Read moreI ordered the Holy Moly Guacamole hot sandwich and it was quite tasty. However, when you read the menu, make sure you read both columns as I thought I was ordering a cold sandwich, but that's okay. The next time I go back (and I will) I'm going to try a cold one. The sandwiches are a little bougie, but they also offer classics. They also offer chips and drinks. It is a drive-thru so don't expect much for atmosphere. The owner, Jose´, was personable and made the sandwich fresh on site while you wait. I do think that $10 is a bit much for a regular sized...
