I am a loyal customer who ordered my pizza at 1:33 am. It was my Rewards pizza that i earned by ordering food. I was watching the the the process of my pizza being made, prepared, iin the oven, ect... It said my pizza was being checked for perfection around 1:45am. When the pizza got here it was around 3:15am, the delivery driver whom was very conversation short. He never said a word. Half shoved, half tossed the pizza box in my hand, turned and walked away... i brought the food into the house and checked it, and it looked and felt like it was done around 2:00am. Very disappointed. I called the store.Around 3:20am, waited on hold briefly to hear "domino's where closed" then i was disconnected.. i called back, waited on hold briefly again to "dominoes we're closed" I said excuse me sir.. he said yes.. I explained the situation and he laughed and i was upset. I asked can i speak to a manager. he said that there wasnt a manager, the manager went home along time ago which he would like to do also.. I asked well who's incharge? he said no one. I asked his name, he says Michael. I said, I spend alot of money there and my family and friends order from there to my address, the pizza is cold and now the store is closed. He states tha he put me down for a replacement medium 2topping pizza. I say well damn, u couldnt even make it a large or throw in a pop? He said no , for what your gonna eat the pizza anyway... I said for the 2hr wait, or the disrespectful driver, or for the fact that i waited the all that time to receive a non-edible pizza and now its 3:30am and i cant remedy my hunger situation.. The whole pizza went in the garbage ...Couldnt sleep thinking about the disrespect, and the anger that consumed me because of.... I really feel/felt disrespected, my loyalty reward pizza i earned meant nothing, 2hr wait meant nothing, the disrepectful and rude delivery meant nothing. I waited so i can try to speak to a manager that works on that day by calling on that day and speaking to a manager named Vee, or Veety (something to that effect) i couldnt understand him threw all the clatter and laughter in the backround that this domino's does not care for its loyal customers, (ME) I do not appreciate the lack of concern in the managements quest to resolve my issue or to correct the subordinates actions in which treatment to there customers, returning customers at that should be at the for front of this this company.. I really dont know at this present time if i want to ever deal with this particular dominoe's again. I believe in allowing for mistakes to be made whole, but I do know that I Do Not want that driver back to my home. If I decide to order from there again, I Do Not want the employee Micheal involved in ANY parts of my pizza process from step (A)-(Z). Just not comfortable with it.. Read moreDon't waste your money or time dealing with this completely sh**ty establishment. I spent $30 on a delivery order one night. Simple 2 pan pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. It was about 11:30pm. After 2 calls to the store and an argument with the "manager" i was offered a free pizza for my troubles which I did not want but told them OK...after which I waited till about 1:30am for my food to arrive, completely wrong and missing the sauce cups they make you PAY for. The "stuffed" cheesy bread was simply half a pizza crust with cheese heaped on top. It was barely edible...and I ate maybe 2 slices b4 i threw it all in the garbage and popped in a Digiorno.
Two weeks later I could use a free meal so I call back to order my free large pizza the "manager" promised. I wanted pan, which only comes in medium. Their hand tossed is either way too salty or completely flavorless so pan is the only edible option. So i settle for a medium 3 topping which im told by the "assistant manager" will be personally made by her to assure quality. She also tells me it will be here in 45-mins to an hour. This is around 10pm. After 11:15 I have to call...infuriated because the reason I was offered this free pizza was because my previous order was hours late. The assistant manager cant find my order, cant track the driver, but tells me it should be on the way. Another hour goes by...its midnight...the assistant manager is now "gone" and the bonehead answering the phone says "im glad you called, we need to remake your order and we need ur address" do they not have electronics or receipts at this Dominos? Amazed, I re-state my order and remind the dude that even tho its a free pizza service is important. He gets offended and hangs up on me. I call back to tell him how bad that is for business and have to force him to read me my order to get some sense of compliance. I eventually got my pizza at just before 2am...10pm-2am...4 hours? I will nevr spend another DOLLAR at a Dominos so long as I live. If you think I ate tht pizza after all the hassle ur mistaken. I ate Pizza Rolls that night. Do not buy here. Read moreVery displeased with this Dominos. I don’t know if they are under new management, or what, but their customer service is terrible and they are getting slower and slower. The first issue when I called was the attitude of the person on the phone. I don’t know if they encounter a lot of rude people but that doesn’t mean its okay to take the frustration out on every customer. I could say they were having a bad day, but it has happened more than once, so I’m chalking it up to the need for better trainings or better employees.
I placed my order, around 11:20ish, and was told it would take like 1.5-2 hours. This was a Wednesday night mind you. Should not have taken that long for one pizza. Around 1:20ish AM, my pizza was not delivered. I called the place, and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. They didn’t even ask who I was. Five minutes later, no pizza. I called again. They apologized and said it would be delivered soon. No pizza. As you can see from the photo, I called 9 times. After avoiding my 5th-7th call, they finally picked up. I guess this was the manager considering the place closed at 2pm. He said he was sorry and would look again. Nearing 2:30am, I still did not have a pizza. I called one last time, only to be told my pizza had been delivered. I had nothing.
I work full time and take four graduate level classes. All I wanted was to eat and not have to worry about cooking after a long day.
