I do not understand businesses this is one of the busiest times of the year specially the weekend between Christmas and new years people are always running out to get stuff at their out of AM on understanding why there isn't full employees that can accommodate the customers especially on a Saturday or a Sunday no 1 likes to wait in line and a cashier came over and said I'll take that I'm taking the next person in line meanwhile this 1 gentleman in A-line that I was and they had been waiting probably just as long if not longer so it builds animosity and anger so instead of worrying about your bottom line why don't you worry about your customer who gives you that bottom line and accommodate them at least for this 1 week in between the holidays you'll find that you will become busier and people will actually frequent your store more have those designated people stalking have those designated people at the register. This way the force being taken care of and so are the registers that means your customers are being taken care of I am so frustrated with the bottom line take care of your customers are you'll find you don't have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently stopped at Aldi's market to do some shopping. Though they do not offer a lot of "brand name" items, they do have a great variety of things for a relatively small store. I personally like the quality of their fresh wild salmon (fish), and their pork chops are always fresh. I am not a big fan of the beef they usually have as the roasts I have purchased were mostly fat. The prices there for food are in the same range as most grocers. I am impressed with other things they offer which generally change from week to week. Items such as pots and pans, bake- ware, small electronics, clothing items, paper goods and candles. They always have really good weekly sales. These items always seem to be priced lower than you can find in other stores. The workers are usually pleasant and helpful though there never seems to be an adequate number of them, especially the cashiers. All of the Aldi stores that I have been to are handicapped accessible. There is always free parking and ample amount of handicapped spaces in front of the door. I do highly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAldi is a less traditional grocery chain. They do have all your standard grocery store items, but only in all of their own brands. As a result, the prices are much lower. They do not compromise quality, by any means. They have a great variety, at a good value. Reasonably priced, fresh produce are one of the reasons that I shop there. They have a good cheese selection, as well as delicious prepared & packaged refrigerated items such as salsas, hummus', prepared salads, dips, & spreads. The baby items are much cheaper, and are excellent, like Diapers, wipes, and baby food pouches. They also have a big aisle of household and seasonal or gift items. The chain is German, so a bit of a European style to many products. Remember to bring your own reusable bags. They don't provide bags. There are cardboard boxes available to use. And, have a quarter ready, cart's are 25cents, which you get back when...
