Omg so I called to place an order, I was on hold for 5 min. And 9 seconds then hung up on so I called back no answer I called back again, for a white female to tell me they are no longer taking orders, umm you're not even closed yet, so I told her how I was aggravated about being on hold for almost six min, when a black girl answered and asked me to hold only to be told you're not taking orders, she was very very very rude, I asked for corporate phone number she told me they are a single franchise so I asked to speak to some one over top of her only ter hear her laugh in my ear, and say to me you can't talk to that person, I'm not giving out the phone number then she and other people began to laugh in the back round, but this is a restaurant???? I'm so glad I didn't get a chance to eat the food, if they were this ignorant, on the phone I could only imagine how ignorant they would be with my food, my thing is, if you don't like dealing with the public or making pizza and wings for a pay check, only to be ignorant to people um go to school get a better job, or just stay home and don't work!!!!! I will never try to order from here again, just ignorant people with no education people who are mad at the world, but still got to make pizza...

Pizza arrived late and barely warm, being hungry we accepted. After my 5 member family sat down for lunch we could barely get through one slice each. After debating, we decided to complain. The very unprofessional Susan, said bring it back and your money will be refunded. So I proceeded with 2 pizzas that were eaten on... 3 slices from each, an unopened 2 liter Pepsi, an uneaten/untouched cookie dessert, and an uneaten/untouched breadstick order. After arriving there was no apology, no inquiry as to what Pizza/Aurora Hut could do better. Only a response that still gets under my skin from Susan, "I can't refund all of your money, you ate some of the pizza." How can a customer determine if the food is bad without even trying it? I can go on, but you get the point. Stay away from this place. The ingredients are subpar, the food quality is horrible, and the customer service is worse. Don’t be a victim like my family. I ordered on a Sunday night at 7:14pm. Around 9:15pm, I was irritated because I hadn't received my order. I drove there and they told me "you can't depend on the online tracker." Mind you, the tracker said I'd get my order at 8:00 and it was 9:15 now. I was then told that since there was one driver, they were backed up. I asked where my food was and they said THEY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT YET. I was beyond irate at this point, because in two hours, no one called (and there were 2 employees standing outside smoking including the "manager") to tell me that my order was going to take that long. The manager apologized and said my meal would be free for having to wait that long... but she didn't even know how to credit it back to me. How can you be a manager but can't refund orders? Who else can do that? I call to investigate and was told to hold and then hung up on twice. It's a shame they're the only Pizza Hut that delivers to my apartment. I like Pizza Hut, but HATE...
