Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest Hills

This Taco Bell is right down the street from my house. We go there all the time. But I keep wondering why we go back because every time we order from this particular Taco Bell our order is either wrong or they forget half our order and we have to go back and get the rest of our food. Only once have they ever gotten our order correct. Today I decided to talk to the manager when I came back to get the food they forgot to give us. The employee that I first spoke to could not even smile and all I did was ask to speak to the manager. The manager barely knew how to handle the situation and looked at me and said, "should I make you the food". While I was waiting I noticed there was a district manager in the store so I went over to tell him about this. He was very nice but all he did was try to kill me with kindness, like that was going to change anything. He made excuses for the staff and told me they had a lot of new hires. I explained to him again that this is going on for years and he continued telling me stories that had nothing to do with what we were talking about period he told me how he became friends with customers who had had trouble with their food orders in the past. All I can say is I'm disgusted and from now on I will make sure that I check every order before I leave the store. I just don't understand why this specific Taco Bell can never get...

If I could do no stars I would. Cant even believe the night service I've just recieved. Waited 20 min in line for them to give me the wrong order! Go to the door all staff ignores me. 10 min later the manager wants to tell me from the drive thru to go back through with such A BAD ATTITIDE!! like YOU messed up my order. I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes in line after the 5 cars STILL had to order which could've taken 20-30 min based on how long I was sitting there. So I get home and 2 of the soft tacos I guess the previous person ordered literally had the shell and cheese!!!??? Like what!!!? A shell and cheese???? So not only did I spend more for food I didn't get and waited forever for and waited outside the front door for I couldn't even enjoy what was actually in there. I cant even believe that manager. Unprofessional at its finest. This rate is right next to McDonald's. We will never be eating here again. Short little chubby blonde lady. I'm rating a 4, but I wish I could do 4.5 stars. The only reason it's not a 5 is sometimes there is a longer wait than there should be (like when there aren't a ton of customers, although they may be short-staffed right now, so I feel kind of bad even pointing that out), and often at least one item is wrong (like with tomatoes when we asked for no tomatoes, etc.). But they have improved a lot under the management of Cassandra, who does a great job here. I prefer this location to the other equidistant location in the other direction from me. The other thing is, and this really is a problem at ALL Taco Bells, I feel like: they either overcook or let their hashbrowns soak in oil for too long. They're almost inedible. I have to blot them with napkins to eat them, and sometimes I'll still throw them away if all you can taste is grease.
