I was cleaning out my car and the diamond from my engagement ring fell off 3 days after my Bf proposed to me. I was frantic and didn't know what to do. So I googled a nearby jewelry repair shop and came across Forever Gold and after reading the customer's review below me i was compelled to visit the store. I was amazed at the selection of various pieces of beautiful jewelry. Sandy said she would fix my ring in less than a week and she did. I was amazed at the work she'd done. It looks brand new. I have a few other jewelers I frequent in the area and wanted to try this one out because it’s a more convenient location for me. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by my experience there.

I was informed that it would take two weeks to get my rings buffed. Usually jewelers will do it while I’m there or it’s only a few days turnaround.

I was also turned off by all of the Trump and “God Save Our Country From Socialism” signs...

Update: The owner Sandy contacted me she was out with Covid. Thankfully the owner is ok. Overall Iam pleased with how my ring turned out and happy to be done the situation.

I dropped off my ring to have it resized on 12-31-21 and ready for pick up on 1-14-22. I have not been unable to get her on the phone or the store. Iam at the point iam going to have to contact attorney or police. Any one else...
