horrible horrible mcdonald’s. multiple times i have been: forgotten about when told to go park in a spot (sitting there for 30-45mins only to call and have to repeat my order because they lost it), hung up on when asking general questions or when asking questions about them forgetting me, missing items in order, etc., i have been denied refunds when missing, cold, or inedible items are in my order, i have been denied refunds or any sort of compensation when i paid online for items and was told upon arrival that they “were out” or “didn’t have it”, made online orders 30-45 mins in advance of my arrival to ensure they were ready on time, but every time i arrived i have been told my order is not ready, then i am sent to a spot in which i usually wait 20-40 mins, i have received things like extremely cold or wet fries or really hard, weird tasting burgers, and was again denied any refund or compensation, every time.
just yesterday i placed a mobile order and selected curbside pickup, when i arrived i go to a spot, check in and select which spot im at, i sat there for about 5 minutes when the screen just changed and pickup wasn’t available, so i went inside and asked about it and they didn’t even have my order nor could they find it. i asked them to just remake it and told them what i ordered, and they told me they’d remake it but id still have to pay for it since they couldn’t find my order. i took my phone out and showed them the order, the location, when i placed it, the receipt i got, the charge on my card. the guy at the counter just shrugged and said to go to another mcdonald’s if i wanted the food so bad.
so yeah, 0/5 mcdonalds. please don’t waste your money...
Read more8 out of 10 the food will be cold or old. Customer service here is terrible! I can't wait until someone build a McDonald's in my city. We have to drive 15 mins to this place. Manager Katie or Heidi don't listen well. (I don't know her name because she didn't have her name badge on. I had to try and verify her name with the crew trainer, Azaria, and sure enough the name she provided was different.) I'm complaining about service and having to return to replace items and she thinks giving me extra food would resolve my concerns. Then she didn't ask me what I wanted. The food was for my 2 year son. I drove back because the powederade taste like nasty, colored water. She replaced the whole meal. Who is eating that? If she would have asked me and truly listened to me when i was speaking, I would have recommended cookies because he ate the food. Smh Then, the only drink she had available was coke, diet coke and bottled water. Everything else is out of order. (Note: they served me powerade when they misspoke about having hi-c orange). Then, she didn't return my receipt because she saw me take a picture of the customer service number outside the window.

Read moreI don’t know why I continue punishing myself and giving this McDonald’s another chance. Every Thursday we come before cheer practice. It is a disaster. The ONLY reason I keep coming is so the kids can play. The staff HATES their jobs- they literally could care less about helping anyone. I’m terrified to ask them for anything because i don’t want to get another eye roll or huff as they walk slower than Christmas to get me something they forgot. It’s honestly entertaining though…. When the manager walks by, they are sweet as pie. As soon as he walks out, right back to irritated, sluggish, rude staff. I honestly can’t stand it but it’s the only play place around 🤷🏼♀️ Oh and today I ordered thru the mobile app so I wouldn’t hopefully have to deal with anyone or wait a year for food. I came in and put my table number (as the app requested). 30 minutes of waiting I finally figured I’d have to ask where my food is. Sure enough, it had been sitting in the window- just chillin.
