I was frustrated after my experience on November 27 nearly 6pm at the Forney location, which, unfortunately, has been the most poorly managed location I have encountered across the entire chain.
Typically, I order through Uber Eats to ensure a smooth pick-up via the drive-thru. On this occasion, the drive-thru attendant mistakenly gave my order to someone else. While I understand that errors can happen, what followed was incredibly disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, both the employee and the manager on duty made me feel as though I was at fault. The manager’s response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that my order was “not available” and insinuating that I had already picked it up, despite my clear evidence from the Uber Eats app showing that I had not.
I attempted to explain that my order had clearly been given to the wrong person, yet I was met with resistance and an overall lack of accountability. It is concerning that the staff would hand over food without confirming the order through the app, a simple step that could have prevented this issue altogether.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues at this particular location, such as poor sanitation or long wait times due to unavailable food items, but this incident has been the tipping point for me. I love Chipotle especially because of its efficiency as a quick service chain, but this location is the worst I’ve seen. I only place orders online at this location because it’s never an easy process in-store/dine-in. Read moreIf I could give this location a ZERO I would. This is based on customer service solely. I placed an order online, usually this would be a quick pick up for a Dasher. However, I have now gone through two dashers waiting for a combined time of over an hour for my order. Chipotle is now saying that my order was picked up which is totally incorrect and if it was then it was stolen because it was not picked up by DoorDash. Is there not checks and balances for picking up orders? Do dashers not have to provide proof that they're there to pick up an order? If not, then the store is being negligent by putting food out where anybody could just take it and say that it's their order. When I try to call the store it's only automated and I cannot get through to a live person or manager and when I ask the dasher to have the store call me directly since they are not providing my food, they refused. I now am in a position where my husband has to drive up there just to see what's going on because we did not get our food and we are not being communicated with in any way. Awful customer service! Do better. I have always loved the food but regardless of that I will not be returning because customer service matters and that's something that they need to realize. If a mistake was made or if someone stole it, that's fine, but FIX IT!
Update my husband has now left the store, and had to pay for our food because Chipotle said that it is not their fault and they are not doing anything to fix it. How much does it cost to remake a burrito for customer service when obviously it's also not the...
Read moreI came here to eat chipotle on 02/2/2025 around 7:30 pm there was manger there that I did not get the name of , this location is the worst location I ever been to. Let’s start from the beginning… I walked in and it already seem a bit of all the workers went to the back then there was only one worker in the line working and a manger that slowly taking there time making the orders ,2nd the food was SO BLAND NO SEASONING. The lettuce wasn’t even chopped upper correctly, but most of all what disappointed me was the portion size that of the protein there were serving have a portion of protein and when I mentioned it to the manger she rolled her eyes and said nothing , as if she doesn’t speak English “Hispanic woman” middle age the meat was chopped up very small. I just wanted to inform the owner and this location of what happened and should take a closer look what is going on in the store . I never been to a chipotle where it was problem with full portion servings issues. I asked for more and they want to charge me I said no and continue with the order , it was not even the protein that was a problem it was the sides as well , I kept asking for more and I shouldn’t have to do that. The rice was not good as well , it was to much lime in it which it made it even more undesirable!
