I am with Wisconsin Skydiving Center and we used to call in orders for delivery every Saturday and Sunday (sometimes more) for at least 10 sandwiches every time. And we always tipped the driver very well. I don’t know WHAT happened, but the service in the last 2 years is just horrible. The kids working there are rude, self absorbed and just don’t care. Something with the order is always wrong. Missing items, missing sandwiches. They also stopped delivering to us because we’re 6 miles away and they don’t go that far. Well, google it. We are 2.7 miles away. Today, we are having a big class here and we sent somebody out to pick up sandwiches only to find missing dressing, missing items on most sandwiches, and an entire sandwich missing. We noticed the missing sandwich while still there. Brought it to their attention, and they took the box back. A few moments later they returned the box and said they added the missing sandwich. Only to return back to the airport to find the sandwich still missing. We called to ask if they would deliver the long 2.7 mile 6 minute trip due to the error and not having time to send another person out during this class. They were kind about it at first and said they would. Then they called back saying the manager wouldn’t allow them to deliver to us because it’s too far. We asked to speak with the manager and we received a “sorry. He’s too busy”. However, when we were there, there was only one car in the parking lot. We have had just nothing but issues. Read morei come to this location a lot because it’s a quick pick up for something after i’ve worked an exhausted amount of hours. today july 14th 2021, i stopped in after work. i ordered the #1. i was mistaken because i thought it was just ham & cheese as that is what their menu states. i didn’t know that the sub came with tomatoes & lettuce. i politely asked if i could get it without those two ingredients. i would of even been fine if she took the lettuce & tomatoes off & used the same bread she already had prepared. instead she got an attitude & threw the entire sub in the trash… than she proceeds to make an entire new sandwich & slaps the ham & cheese on there without mayo.. no big deal because i could add it on myself. so i didn’t make a fuss than after she wraps it up she threw it on the ”pick up”counter. when she threw my sub it landed on the floor & the cashier started laughing. the girl that made my sandwich walked around the make table to pick up my sandwich on the floor & then handed it to me. i am not at all impressed with this visit. i felt bad because i wasn’t aware that it had lettuce & tomato. but i’m just not at all impressed on how she handled the situation. i hope my next experience is better… if i happen...
Read moreOrdered mini Jimmys online to cater a work event. Sandwiches arrived cut in thirds and open ended wrapping, rather than the small sandwich bags the half sandwiches used to be packed in. We ordered a mix of 4 sandwich types and received only 3 varieties. I contacted the store immediately to have our order corrected and was told: 1. That they no longer offer mini-Jimmys and 2. That I must be mistaken, because the sandwiches are correct quantities... As I'm staring at the boxes, with exposed sandwich ends, it's obvious to see there's no turkey. When pressed, the woman on the phone just said, "I'll give the GM your feedback." I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he's too busy but would call me back. That was 11am yesterday. Still haven't received the call. Not sure how anyone else feels, but I'm skeptical about having everyone's hands scrounging around a box of sandwiches with open ends exposed. I'm really not interested to share germs these days. Also disappointing for my coworkers who don't eat certain meats that their turkey option was missing.
