Went to this starbucks twice in a week and was very disappointed. Employees were rude and disrespectful. I just had bariatric surgery (weight loss) 2 weeks ago and im on a very strict diet. Went thru the drive thru and asked for sugar free flavors, and the guy told me they only had 2. I wanted a tea with a fruity SF flavor. And he only said white chocolate and vanilla. I responded with "bummer no sugar free fruity" and was considering a different drink. The kid responded very rudely and sarcastic "we only have the sugar free flavors i just told you." Because of this kids sarcastic remark I left. I decided to give it another try. I've traveled across the country and back and had no issues with ordering a specific item a very specific way. I ordered a cold brew nitro. I understand they can't serve it as normal as a large. But I order it over ice (a full cup of ice) no where has had this issue before. As I was placing my order the cashier cut me off and said I can't do that. Very rudely. Before I could finish! I tried to finish my order and explain that everywhere else does it. As long as its a specific way. She said "fine what do you want" I told her I want a medium nitro cold brew over ice in a large cup. With sugar free vanilla and heavy cream When I got to the window I was met with someone else who told me they can not put it in a large cup unless its over ice!!!!! I told her that's how I ordered it! She processed to roll her eyes at me and told me thats not how I ordered it. I repeated my order to her and she said okay fine it will be mostly cream. Which is exactly what they gave me almost just cream. And it was the sweet cream (I can't have that) it barely had any coffee to it at all and almost no ice....

Read moreThe coffee is good and the staff friendly. In terms of customer service they are EXCELLENT. I saw a previous review that they chat, which they do, but i find that it's more normal for co-workers that know and have worked together a while and not really so bad it stops them from doing their job. They are clearly busy in drive thru and mobile orders. But that is just my observations with the current staff, it could all be different. However.... This is one of the DIRTIEST and most UNCARED for Starbucks I have ever been to. I've been here for hours and the floor is VERY dirty with dirt, dog hair, unknown liquids, and foot prints on the floor, crumbs on the tables and benches/chairs, cobwebs in the corners and behind some of the seats. The pastry i ordered had a small piece of half melted cheese on the outside of the wrapper...? The inside was fine but why was the outside so dirty??? I'm a bit concerned over how well they clean behind the counter... there are also a lot of flies inside, at least two different species: regular flies and fruit flies.
Also this Starbucks has ZERO OUTLETS, so if you plan to come here to work, make sure you come with a full battery on your electronic devices.
The MUSIC and ambience is PRETTY GOOD. A lot of people still come in to stay, but please UP YOUR CLEANING ROUTINE. I have no idea if cleaning is once a day or once every few days or what. Clearly the place is in DESPERATE need for a DEEP clean. The windows also have some smudge marks.
I get places get busy but when it gets this bad, cleaning just has to be prioritized.
Like I said the staff are FRIENDLY, and the building is a comfortable temperature so it's likely I'll keep coming back when I visit, but some serious cleaning...
Read moreI’d give this big corporation 0 stars if it would allow. After being a customer who’s given this company plenty of money throughout the years, Starbucks has now made it very difficult for customers to simply use the restroom.
Last week I went through the drive through in Ukiah, Ca to then realize I needed to use the restroom before I left, so I parked and went in. The rest of the staff inside didn’t see me make my purchase so they refused to give me the code to the restroom…EVEN THOUGH I could offer a receipt from moments before.
Today, the same thing happened in Fort Bragg, Ca. I spent $20 in coffee, food and tip. About a half hour later I was still in the area and needed to use the restroom so I attempted to go back in (KNOWING I HAD JUST GAVE THEM MY MONEY SHORTLY BEFORE). I was told that I had to be a paying customer. I replied by letting them know that I had just made a purchase within the hour through the drive through and had a receipt from within the hour. They basically refused to give me the code EVEN THOUGH I could show them a receipt!
They claim restrooms are for “paying customers” WHICH I WAS BOTH TIMES yet I was refused access to the restrooms!
This is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD and a completely disrespectful!! I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BY A MOM AND POP COFFEE SHOP….SOOOO I’ll be sure to give them my money from here on out!
