My husband and I and our two kids went to auntie Annes yesterday and ordered a cup of pretzel bites, A Dr Pepper, and a frozen lemonade. The pretzel bites looked a little short like it was missing about four or five pretzel bites in the cup so I mention that it looked a little skimpy so she offered to give us the pretzel bites for free. My husband got his Dr Pepper after receiving the pretzel bites and while I was waiting on my drink I noticed she took the frozen lemonade that she had poured into the cup to the back room and was gone for about five minutes and when she came back I noticed something didn’t feel right. Me and my husband and our two kids were walking out and I started noticing that my frozen lemonade was milky and had a mint flavor to it. In about two hours later I knew exactly what had happened she had poured laxatives in my drink while she was in the back. I am a nurse and I give this stuff to patients all day long so I knew exactly what I was feeling and I knew exactly where that happened. If you were ever ordering dude or drinks from this place I advise that you keep your distance when a older Hispanic lady is working because do you have a very good chance of her putting something in your food or drink. I have never in my life felt so disrespected. I recommend that everyone stay far away from this place!!! And if somehow the corporate managers or HR sees this please check your security footage for May 6, 2021 at 7:00 PM and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I’m not stupid I know exactly...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would. My kids were at this location today and were served by Tori (the Manager, as she told me she was when I called the store and asked for her boss). The first thing was that this person was not wearing a mask...seriously, she is the "manager" and decided that it was okay to serve food without wearing one! Next, one of her employees called in to say he wasn't coming into work because his mom was in a car accident. How do I know this??? Because she got on the phone with one of her friends and was using profanities to say that "he was just faking that there was an accident." After I was told about the "no mask" part of this encounter I called into the store to get the actual bosses information. Tori was the one that answered the phone, she told me that SHE was the boss...I asked for her bosses name and number which she refused to give me. I then told her to stop being snotty to me and asked if she was wearing a mask to which she responded "NO, I wasn't because I had a seizure yesterday...." I told her that if that was true she shouldn't be at work & regardless that doesn't change the fact that as a food worker she is REQUIRED to wear a mask. She then hung up on me. I will be contacting...
Read moreThis business is going DOWNHILL. The frozen lemonade machine has been broken on and off for at least a year, then the store owner makes it the employees responsibility to fix it? This location is constantly out of certain things and the employees have no say in what the store needs. The store owner never seems to be around considering there are always younger folks running this business. The younger staff is very friendly and on top of the display being stocked. I'd like to also point out that the staff running this business gets a small share of the credit card tips, where the large sum of the tips go to the store owner whos never there. When they're the ones running this whole business.
This store and store owner is a joke.
The staff is very...
