I went during their soft opening, so food was free. Price listed is what it would been menu price.
There are no stellar bagels in Colorado (Gibb's comes closest). I was excited to try this place as I heard their bagels were the real deal.
I order a deli classic. Everything bagel, lox, capers, cream cheese (they don't call it schmear, missed opportunity) with tomatoes and pickles. I bite in to immediate disappointment. I regret to inform you these bagels just aren't it. No crust at all with a dense chewy center. Dough flavor was decent, lots of sesame seeds and onion on the outside. Just like a better than average grocery store bagel.
It had a ton of cream cheese with the thinnest little slice of salmon.
The store was bright neon colors with pounding music, and enough branded merch to make a marketing agency blush

Bagels are nothing to call your mother about- can buy same at a grocery store or just go to Gibbs. And small amount of salmon too.
Good service. Cheerful place and staff.
But I won’t be back.
Wish we had a proper bagel store in Fort Collins, alas...
