Aside from the creative logo displayed on the front door, I did not find anything particularly distinctive about this establishment. It quickly became apparent that the business is struggling to operate effectively, which may indicate that they opened prematurely. In a place that claims to embody "love" in its branding, I did not observe any evidence of such sentiment.

I make this assertion based on my experience during the delivery process, where I encountered significant issues. The shop did not have drinks ready for my order, creating an expectation for me, as the delivery driver, to assist in completing their task. It is crucial for businesses to understand that it is their responsibility to ensure that all components of an order are prepared and ready prior to a driver’s arrival. While I can appreciate that they may be busy and could kindly ask for assistance, it is inappropriate to expect drivers to perform functions that are outside their designated responsibilities.

Additionally, when I requested cup holders, since I was picking up two orders from their establishment and had another order in my vehicle, my inquiry was largely disregarded. Although a young staff member appeared sympathetic to my situation, the rest of the team acted as if I were invisible and insignificant. This lack of customer service indicates that there is indeed a deficiency of "love" at this establishment.

I hope this situation is indicative of early operational challenges rather than a reflection of their overall service ethos. Nonetheless, the initial impression is concerning. It may be prudent for the business to refrain from accepting delivery orders until they have enhanced their operational structure. We can only hope that improvements...

Honestly this might be the best sandwich I've had in Fort Collins. The house sauce was awesome and all of the ingredients were super high quality. I loved the sourdough bread and turkey meat too. The menu can feel super overwhelming at first, but the options are incredible across a ton of dietary restrictions and it means you can have a new sandwich every time you visit. The price is worth the quality too. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and helpful with the menu options. Definitely worth the visit for a quick meal when you're shopping in...
