I was pretty unimpressed with the staff. The attractions alone are pretty good but there should be more trampolines especially when the rules are 1 person per trampoline per safety. If you want to have a really good time and enjoy all of the attractions then you’ll end up paying a pretty penny to do so, which is pretty much the standard in todays society. The staff is all teenagers which is understandable, however even teenagers should take their jobs seriously while simultaneously being respectful to guests. My daughter is 4 and we came here for her birthday and there was a ton of other younger kids on the trampolines. All of the parents were doing a really good job keeping the kids to one trampoline per kid however it became difficult as more and more children wanted to jump on the limited amount of trampolines (i suggest going to fly high if you’re pretty much only interested in jumping which we now know and will do next time) my low rating is how the young staff treated the customers. There was a young man in particular that ruined the experience for our party working monitoring the trampolines and foam pit and ball pit on saturday evening 01/20/2024 roughly 4-6pm (understandably a busy night). Any time a little kid even stepped on another persons trampoline the young man blew his whistle and shouted at the kids excessively and eventually shouted really loudly that everyone would be “banned” from the trampolines if they stepped foot on a trampoline when another kid was on it. The trampoline swapping was minimal and his controlling demeanor was excessive. I understand enforcing rules, but kids make mistakes and if they aren’t blatantly being disrespectful and breaking the rules on purpose then screaming at them shouldn't be a normal thing. The kids hardly touched others trampolines and a good 98% of the time two people were on a trampoline it was a parent trying to assist a kid and was screamed at for that. I overheard the young gentleman say to another co-worker “should i make an announcement” and then he blew on his whistle extremely loud and probably for a good 10 seconds before yelling at everyone. and then after his “announcement” he giggled to his coworker and cockily walked off. I understand this is a common way for teenagers to act but this caused the trampoline attraction to become pretty empty as multiple young children began to cry because of this young man. Educating, informing, and enforcing the rules is very different from ridiculing and screaming at the children. The kids couldn't even play in the foam pit. Personally the only time I will bring my child back is for the kids only Fridays which my child will soon be too old for. It’s just unfortunate that one power hungry teenage employee ruined a night for multiple families that included many adults and children. I regretted having my daughters birthday here. And i know the companies excuse is just going to be “weekends are busy and the staff is trained to enforce the safety rules”. But again, enforcing rules and this young man’s behavior...
Read moreEmployees were extremely rude. On Sunday 1/7 I took my 13s volleyball team to have some fun and we were constantly met with rude employees. A young boy with blonde hair at the race track kept putting groups of others before us and then would tell us we would be on the next one. We wait 30 plus minutes and still didn’t even get to do it because he kept putting groups in front of us. (When we got in line there was 2 other small groups of kids.) When asked about it he kept saying that my team was lying about their age and that he was going to check the wavers. (Which the groups he put in front of us had kids visibly smaller and younger then my team.) He never asked for names or went to check the wavers he just ignored us. It’s very unprofessional to keep telling people that they are lying and then to ignore them. Another employee on the Ninja course a young boy with puffy hair was very rude as well. He wouldn’t say any words just point and make faces with attitude like we were stupid when a question was asked or even to get us hooked on the ninja course. Once we were done once again no words or even pointing this time right in front of me yanked one of my players so hard we all were in shock and gasped. It was the same force as if my player was pushed. I was very furious. Once again not a sorry or a word he just went to yank the next one which is when I said something. That was extremely unprofessional whether or not it was a kid or an adult. I feel bad for the smaller and other kids he has handled like that. That didn’t have someone to say something to him. (Which when I said something to him it clearly didn’t matter to him he ignored me. Then right after I had my players coming up to me saying when he yanked them he pulled their hair. Another young girl yelled at me for not wearing the correct socks. Which they never asked me at the front desk when I got my ticket if I need any or that I would need some. He handed me a wristband and just stood there I asked if there was anything else he shook his head no. When I say yell it was loud enough for people at the tables to turn and look directly at us. Once I explained to her I was never told I needed any she just stood there starring rudely with attitude. This is very unprofessional especially when you work at a place made for kids. Maybe you shouldn’t have kids working if they can’t do their job nice or respectful. We have never been to this place and everyone was so excited to go. But after trying out half of there attractions and being met with rude employees after the other everyone was upset. We tried to make the best of it but parents and players were very disappointed. I have never been treated this horrible at what is supposed to be a fun place to bring kids to. It was definitely a HORRIBLE first and...
Read moreWe booked a party for my daughter for a table and 5 kids. They did decorate for us and set it up and it was very nice! We were under the impression we had 2 hours at the table and time to play after. I spend about 80% of my time running around trying to get everything figured out and wristbands given to everyone on time.. by the time we got everything done and ready to play, we have used an hour and 15 mins of our time.. so we went back to our table and decided to eat the cake we brought and open my daughters presents... we cleaned up and moved everything from the table to another table away from the EXTREMELY LARGE party that was next to us that was not wearing masks, walking around by our table, standing by our table during their party, blocking a lot of aisles because they had SO MANY people.. I went to then "check out" and had intentions to buy 4 go kart rides for my daughter and her friend and us parents... I was then told no because the building is at capacity and that our time was over and we needed to leave.. um? No? I never signed anything that stated we ONLY had 2 hours for a party AND play time.. I told them I just wanted these and we would go... again told no and there are to many people... there was NO ONE in the go karts area at that time... we could have used it and left, and no biggie?!? But no.. told no and we had to leave. I pulled up what I booked online and there is NO WHERE it says I'm only getting 2 hours for $200!!!!! Which was the cheapest table!!! $200 for a table and no jump time?!? My daughter only really got to jump for probably 30 mins because of waiting and setting up.. no one ever told us when we came in that we only had 2 hours for EVERYTHING either!! That information needs to be discussed as your online booking is a LIE! I was used and lost out of $200 for a table!! The host didn't even walk around with the kids like every other party going on had! She checked on us maybe 3 times during the whole party and if we needed anything, we had to go find her.. I have been wanting to buy a membership for my daughter and us but I have decided to give another trampoline park my money as they are a more open about their policy and restrictions during your jump time... Urban Air has some fun things (at least what I looked at for 2 hours) and would have loved to give them my money for a membership, but the lack of honesty and unclear rules has me saying...
