My $20 was ripped and itâs was about 80% there. I went to pay and they refused to take it. I spoke with the manager and she said they would not be allowed to deposit it. So Iâm confused as to what the problem was. No joke about 80% was there, it was one side that was missing where it says 20 on the top and bottom, and they kept trying to say I need the other half and that it wasnât allowed. It wasnât missing half! Needless to say I left and went to another McDonalds. When I went there I asked if the $20 was ok to use, they told me it was fine and more than 50% was there (like I said at the first location) so it was ok to pay with. I had to go out of my way and my daughter, who is 2, was crying for not getting her happy meal because they had it in their hands when I was speaking with the manager. So thinking of the whole not wasting and sanitary side...what did they do with the food they were touching and now sitting? Did they give it to another customer...if that customer ever came for the same order? Did they throw it out? Did it sit there? I mean come on. The bank would gladly take the money. Itâs so pathetic of the manager to refuse a legitimate $20 bill and let food go to waste. Hopefully she looks up the regulations of ripped currency. Obviously someone at another...
Read moreShopping here used to be easy and fruitful. Now, I stand in line, in the blowing cold, for an hour to receive sprouting onions, limp celery, and extra large, Woody carrots. Well at least the folks in charge are FINALLY providing mirepoix versus only onions or carrots. But still. This food is just barely stock quality let alone plate food. Then come the MOUNDS of rotten fruit. Sour, mushy mangos. One bad apple really does spoil the bunch. Green or dry oranges. Or just plain garbage fruit saved from the dumpster. And then we have the junk food table full of expired and sometimes open/spoiled food. Yum! Oh and frozen foods! We either gets frozen gizzards or a whole prime rib. No in between. And then some brain genius with zero food education decided it is helpful to hand out cooked but frozen lentils or beans. Why!? Why are you wasting resources on dried and stable products?? Dumb! Then comes the dairy full of expired dairy products. Nothing better than sour milk. Then comes racks of expired bread. Ok I guess. If you are still eating milk and bread like a fool. Then more rotten vegetables. Sad. Hard times. Poor management. Disinterested employees that could care less about the...
Read moreSo unfortunately this is the only place within reasonable distance of my work for lunch otherwise I would never come here again.
So first off the staff barely speak English so wrong orders are common, but I have had to call corporate twice because my order takes nearly 20 minutes. I ordered a Dbl QP and fries and waited for almost my entire lunch break for cold stale food. Employees even come out with food in bins speaking broken English with bags that don't even belong to anyone waiting outside. So people inside are probably getting cold food that was taken outside by mistake. Even watched as a manager came out checking receipts all the while some customers are actually going inside to get their food from drive thru, and other drive thru customers are getting food immediately.
This place is completely disorganized and has the worst management I've see. Speaking as someone who has worked fast food AND as a Chef, this place is probably the worst run food service location I have ever been too. If you can then definitely go somewhere else. Don't...
