Good food but after coming in daily I question their cleanliness. I work for a delivery company, and have been in here the past 5 days in a row. As I'm waiting for my orders, I have plenty of time to stare around. There has been a orange piece of whatever and various other junk on the floor that has not been touched once in the 5 days. If you look at the ceilings, there is a thick coat of dust EVERYWHERE - covering the speakers, rafters, and even the menu board. I don't want to imagine what the floors, ceilings, tops of coolers, etc in the back look like - most likely the dust is falling in the food as well. They defiantly need a food department inspector to stop by - I'm positive there's more than a couple violations. Until I see this place cleaned, my review stays valid. I personally won't be eating at this location anymore, which is very unfortunate because it's less than a mile from me. But I'll happily drive further to the other locations for a...
Read moreThe restaurant is now having personnel issues . The people who work there do not understand customer service . The restaurant is just trying to accommodate the door dash people and not taking care of the walk in customers. People are just to technology centric . Probably the only way to get you’re food is to order on line. The workers don’t seem to understand the urgency in order to make sure customers standing in front of them are waiting to get their food. Plus no one seems to be making an attempt to make sure the receipt s for food are in the correct order. The food isn’t bad if you can stand the wait. There is no urgency to take care of their customers. It reflects in their processes in order to complete an order. So be aware of iTokyo Joes iand if they are on top of things . May make a difference of when you may get your...
Read moreTokyo Joe's was recommended to me as a good eatery, and it tauts itself as a healthy Asian kitchen, so I was really disappointed when I actually tried the food. My daughter and I both had the bento box, and it just wasn't great. It appears that the main flavor profile in the food is salt. The chicken in our main dish looked okay, but it was not appetizing. It tasted like frozen chicken strips heated in a microwave, doused with a portion of salt and whatever sauce you choose. While the main dish is oversalted, the veggie side has no real flavor at all. Maybe naked veggies is the healthy part of this kitchen? I also tried the sushi rolls, and while they were the only edible part of the dish, they still weren't great. Based on this experience, I won't waste my time or money with this place again nor will I recommend this place...
