Walked .5 mile from my home on 8/24/24, arriving near 9:30pm. All the doors were locked with 4 patrons inside + saw 4 employees working inside. Signage on the doors state lobby being open till 10pm. Drive-thru only had 1 car in it. Ended up walking another .5 mile to spend my money at Culvers. Sounds like this location currently has some workers with lousy work ethic based on recent reviews.
UPDATE: Went back on 10/1/24 between 4:15-5pm. Spent over 25 minutes either waiting in line to order or waiting for my number to be called. Most of the other reviewers are right about this combined Taco Bell/KFC location... slower than dirt. Few times while waiting I'm overhearing the staff telling other customers that their out of certain KFC foods, to either wait for new batch to cookup (wait 10-20 min. more) or pick substitute. The yum, yes or whatever the corporation is called now continually justifies continual price increases while the overall quality declines....over time: less workers, more automation, substituting fresh from scratch to processed from suppliers, shrinkage/stinginess... have to question how much of the increases really have anything do to wages & suppliers VS. corporate greed.
UPDATE 6/18/25: The Taco Bell portion has been "temporarily closed" since early May 2025, yet no explanation. Would not be a supply chain issue for that long & if it was a worker shortage they would just shutdown the dining room, like many did during &...
Read moreI ordered two chicken chalupa meals and was given two beef chalupa meals. Went back and ordered another chicken chalupa meal as a replacement for my daughter who doesnât eat beef and also wanted to get our original 4 chicken chalupas replaced. We were given major attitude and asked to give the beef ones back and we said no because we had touched them. Itâs illegal to resell items once they have been handed to customers, especially since we had to open them to see that they were beef. They were then even more upset with us and we only ended up getting two chicken chalupas replaced while we were still made to pay for the whole additional meal. This was a very unpleasant experience causing my daughter emotional distress since she doesnt eat beef and was made to buy the entire other meal. It was also completely disrespectful to give us attitude and still not replace all 4 chalupas. The menu for a number 6 specifically says chicken chalupas and they acted like it was my problem that I âorderedâ beef ones. Altogether, I do not feel comfortable going back to this...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. The woman taking our order, Grace, did not have a welcoming attitude, and when she was handing me my cup, which is right by the register, she picked it up from the bottom and then proceeded to place her index and middle fingers inside the cup and handed it to me. I saw her do this to the gentleman in front of me so I was prepared for it. I asked her for a different cup and she looked at me in disbelief even after I explained why. Eventually I got a new cup. After eating our meals, which tasted fine. We were home about 30 minutes and that started endless trips to the bathroom for the night for both me and my fiance. It will be a cold day in he'll before I go back to that particular Taco Bell, Fort Dodge, IA across from Walmart. I do enjoy Taco Bell and am extremely disappointed with the outcome and...
