Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

The last 2 times I have ordered I have had 3 sandwiches that had lettuce and on all 3 the lettuce was BAD. The first order I thought was just a fluke so I didn’t do a review then but after this 2nd bad lettuce experience I needed to share that the products being used do not seem fresh. I have an attached a photo to show how the lettuce was gross and slimy. The first order was done at 11am and the second order was a week later (yesterday) around 2pm. I love jimmy John’s but I don’t think I will be going there for awhile knowing the product is not fresh. Four of us went into Jimmy Johns in Fort Dodge, IA about 1pm. We ordered 4 sandwiches and pop. The shelves holding bags of chips were practically empty, the cashier couldn't figure out what coins to use to make my change, and I had to ask for someone to fill the ice in the soda machine as it was completely empty on a 90° day.After waiting 20 minutes, with other customers after me being served, found out our $38 food order was never given to the kitchen. I really like Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but me being a local guy walking into a restaurant to nothing but trash on the floor food all over the tables and help stand around being obnoxious and ridiculous in front of customers and not really even catering to those customers.
