It really depends on who is cooking that day. I had an experience with one of the employees on 3/6/2023 she was upset because I asked for sweet and sour sauce twice and she brought me Ranch and when I asked her for the sweet and sour sauce again for the third time she caught an attitude and practically through the sauce at me through the window and said they usually charge 32 cents and slam the window and walk off. I have no problem paying the extra 32 cents for sauce but she had no right to get upset because she was the one who could not tell the difference between sweet and sour sauce and ranch. So to start, the older lady that was working on our order was hacking everywhere and not even covering her mouth. She asks how she can help us, we tell her our order number and she had a complete attitude, then when she finished pur order she didnt close our happy meals, just tossed our order on the table and walked away and my husband was like um can I please get one more sauce, she then charges us .32 for one, I mean come on, we didnt ask for a lot, just one. While also having nuggets, mind you we had 2 happy meals, on top of that she didnt not even give us napkins, which was amazing to find out after having 2 kids eating in my car.
