Coast To Coast Pizza Company FTL — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

We’ve been longtime fans of Coast to Coast Pizza and have previously enjoyed our experiences, which makes this recent incident all the more disappointing. We placed a custom takeout order that included several additional toppings (each of which incurs an added cost), but the pizza arrived missing most of them. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked, soggy, and lacked the crispness we’ve come to expect.

When we called the restaurant to report the issue, we were met with shockingly poor customer service. Rather than listening to our concerns, the employee questioned why we ordered so late in the evening—despite the fact that the restaurant was still open and accepting orders. He also asked why we had added so many toppings, which was an absurd and inappropriate question.

To top it off, he casually mentioned that if the restaurant runs out of a topping, they just don’t include it on the pizza without notifying the customer or offering a refund. No call, no heads-up, no accommodation. When we asked for some kind of resolution, we were told to dispute the charge with the delivery app—even though the problem originated entirely with the restaurant’s kitchen and staff, not the delivery platform.

Unfortunately, this experience shows that if something goes wrong, Coast to Coast Pizza takes no accountability. Instead, they deflect blame and refuse to rectify the situation. For a place that charges premium prices for customized pies, the lack of customer service and food quality control is unacceptable. We will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant based on how they handle mistakes and treat...

This place was recommended by friends on Facebook and mentioned that it is veteran owned and operated which means alot to me because my grandfather was a veteran as well as my brother is a USMC Veteran- There were other people on the Facebook post of a friend recommended and they all said how great the place was. So I decided to order using UberEats as it was also mentioned that there is a B1G1 deal. Pizza by the slice was a refreshing surprise - the slice was loaded with pepperoni, crust was thin and firm and on top of that the service from the kid working register, named Dervin (hope i spelled it right) was fantastic. I actually stayed there at the counter eating my slice and chatting it up with this young man, he truly understands what guest services is all about and it made me feel like i was back in New Jersey at the local neighborhood pizzeria. . .
