Winn-Dixie — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

Terrible location might be in a "nice" area but don't let that fool you everyone in this store has a attitude walled in to get a case of diet coke for my girl i pay attention to dates and all the cases in there expire not only diet coke but all coca-cola products are within 3months of expiring including the "new" xmas boxes of coke expire in jan feb march part of the reason why i don't drink coke anymore soda has a shelf life of 1-2 years so why is everything near experation ? I picked up a case and for some reason it had something sticky on it so i went to customer service to check out and also ask for something to wipe my arm because the substance got on my arm i said to the girl behind the counter you have anything by any chance to wipe the box and my arm she asked her co worker for a tissue i said nah something wet please if you only have a napkin can i get some sort of hand sanitizer with it they said sure and the girl pulls out a bottle of what looked like windex....proceeds to spray it onto a paper towel and i spoke up and said to her uh i need it for my skin and she looks at me gives me attitude and tells me then go to the bathroom idk what you want me to do i said to her do you wash your hands with windex? She said its not windex i said well it isnt soap in a spray bottle its a chemical and i went to the bathroom to wash off whatever got on mw ive had issues before with this girl and this store then a employee decided to start shouting back at a customer fighting with her and her boyfriend they were all black but the employee was shouting the N word across the store at them and harrassing them honestly should of just walked away and continued on with his work but he decided to tell her to tell her boyfriend to fight him i put back the case i had and got another cause i didnt want more crap on my arm and i go to check out place my case of coke on the belt the girl at the register had a attitude as well i grabbed a divider to sepertate my one case of coke from the dude behind mes stuff who just decided let me cram this guy into the guy infront of him standing on top of me and she takes the divider i just put of and puts it back takes my case of coke while the dude infront of me is still paying and pushes the dude behind me groceries to the front of the belt like im not standing there and the dude behind me thought pretty much its time to move up closing the gap on both these dudes with me in the middle this place is a circus avoid it at all...

Tonight, I went to this store to take advantage of the Gatorade sale, great sale btw. I had 6 eight count Gatorades. The self-check out machine was saying putting the items in the bagging area. Well, I had a total of 6 meaning 48 bottles of Gatorade so it was getting really full and the bottles were falling over. The one thing I did not want to happen was for the Gatorades to explode all over the floor once it fell out of the bagging area. I know this can happen as it has happened to me before.

I put the Gatorades in the cart to avoid this situation and register would not scan any more items until I put the 8 pack in the bagging area. There was no room at all so I called over the young woman at the front. I attempted to tell her what was going on but she didn't hear because she was counting the Gatorade packs, which she did no less than 3 times! I again attempted to explain and she cut me off "You have to pay for that"!! I said what??? She grabbed an 8 pack of Gatorade and scanned it. I yelled I scanned that already! She said you have to pay for that and actually said I didn't scan it. She then showed me on the computer screen the number of 8 packs of Gatorade. Suddenly she stopped talking as she quickly realized I had scanned all 6 packs of the Gatorades. I then said (loudly) WELL IT'S NICE TO KNOW YOU ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH ACCUSING ME OF STEALING THEN HELPING ME! She then remained silent, removed the 7th Gatorade pack from the screen, and left my area. A guest behind me asked me if she accused me of not scanning items and I said yes. She rang me up for 7 items and I only have 6.

I finished my transaction and showed her the receipt. I said, since you think I don't scan all of my items, go ahead and make sure that I did! She ignored me and looked in another direction. So, she thinks that I would not scan items and call her over so that she can see that I didn't. Wow! I think I need to go back to shoplifting school since I didn't pay attention the first time! Winn Dixie really needs to let associated know to quit with the false accusations! I was livid when this woman said, you have to pay for that and I had already scanned it. The ONLY reason I was at this WD was because I was waiting for my daughter. Next time I will go to my preferred WD because this one is awful and the woman tending to the self-check out area needs to chill...

I will no longer shop there I informed the manager bout the customers is bringing their dogs yes I couted 6 dogs in the store that's a health hazard it's a deli department there where a customer can get a sandwich made where meat are exposed dog hairs and customers are not wearing masks at all I left my buggy in the middle of the store I didn't buy anything I left to go to the Winn Dixie on Davie and that's where I will continue all my shopping this store in bout 10 min away compared to going all out of my way to go to a nother Winn Dixie that is 45 min away so that's where I will be doing all my shopping for now on the manager didn't do anything at all dogs don't belong in a grocery store this store is continue to alow 🐩🐕 in the store it's a bakery department in the store where cakes, bread,sub sandwiches are being prepared and it's 🐕🐕 hair in your cake, bread,sub sandwiches that is very very very very very very very very very very very unsanitary this store NEEDS TO BE VERY VERY CLOSE MONATOR and somebody needs to contact a HEALTH INSPECTOR NOW PLEASE 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 and YES I have TALKED TO MANAGER and you no wt the management did nothing but said it's ok it's in the store policy that ALL PETS are welcome in Winn Dixie after the management said that I left my groceries didn't pay for them and I left and never went back again why do this Winn Dixie let the customer bring their pets to the store next thing you know this store is going to turn into a gog kennel that is a...
