Friday October 2nd I ordered FROM Dominos with my app. I order often enough to have accumulated points and am a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this store is the WORST. I have had my issues in the past with the store not answering their phone or calling me 2 hours after an order was placed to state that they don't have certain ingredients. This time it was beyond unacceptable. I ordered my pizza late night kn Friday, I know how busy they get and how long it can take sometimes.. I received my confirmation email at 11:36 pm when the store.closes at 1 am. My estimated delivery time was 30 mins. At 12:20am I called the store, after finally getting through to them (my call log shows every minute calling to speak to someone) I asked where my pizza was, if the driver was lost or what was the update as my app showed it had been delivered since midnight. The employee answered "I don't know where your pizza is, I'm not the driver"..so I asked if he could contact the driver and make sure he was on his way... he said he would and would call me if anything. At 1:05am after no pizza and no answers from the store, we drove to see where our pizza was. 3 employees were still there, they finally opened the door to speak to us. The driver then told me that he had driven to an address (not mine) and called my cell number (not my number) & since I didn't answer he took the pizza back to the store. I asked him to please read the address and number shown on the box, and of course it showed my correct phone number and correct address with the exception of my apartment number. On the printed label, my apartment number showed as "211" & on my confirmation email says "2112". Clearly this was a printer mistake. The employee then proceeded to tell me that the app is malfunctioning and it is my fault that the address is listed on there incorrectly. The other one (driver) said he called me and showed me his phone (again wrong number, he clearly didn't call the one on the box) ... when I finally asked to take home my pizza free of charge, the one employee told me that there was NO WAY she would let me take home the pizza, even if it was over an hour of waiting ... even after I drove to the store and th e driver took back the box, put it back in the delivery bag, smirked and they locked the door on me.
This is NOT appropriate in anyway. This store has disappointed me several times before with no shows of pizza drivers, 1 hour delivery times with pizza cold and half orders ... I hace called twice now to complain to corporate. This store is a corporate store and should hold their employees accountable for their actions. Read moreIt was a friday night, June 3 I ordered online at 8:15pm, which was confirmed as order 936 and the tracker reflected "Prep" and "Bernard was "preparing my order at 8:15". From then until 9pm nothing happened. So I called the store; all I got was this annoying repeating loop message that someone at the store would answer soon. No one did after 15 min so I drove to the store to find it locked but 2 customers inside, along with a man I later found out was Bernard and another man who was described as a delivery driver. They initially would not open saying they were closed ( it now roughly 9:20pm.) But they eventually let a furious me in. What I found out was that my order had never been prepared at all, no one was answering the phone, which I had kept on and was still giving the annoying lying loop. And the tracker still showed my order being prepped over an hour later. In fact I found out my order, while still showing on their screen- had never been actioned at all. BUT it was NOT Bernard fault as common sense showed he was actually trying to do all the orders by himself- an impossible task. He had been told to man this company store alone as if all ok. It was NOT and shame on Domino's for doing this to the poor guy and all their customers. Bernard did his best to finish the other 2 customers orders, the same thing had happened to them. actually ordered before me. Bernard, as a superb customer relations job, made my order. We all hear about staffing problems, but for Domino's to make this lone man try to run an entire store, making pizzas, cooking, boxing, taking payment, answering phones was once again impossible. Domino's should have closed the store, instead they took the orders online knowing full well fulfilling them would be impossible. There was nothing Bernard could do. Read moreIf I could leave less star's I would. I placed an order at 11:16am & my pizza was ready for delivery at 11:27am I received my delivery after 1:30pm. The food was cold as it has been out of the oven for 2 hours & half of my order is missing. I called the store & spoke to someone at 11:57am & was told they only have 1 driver & my order would be sent out as soon as they got back. Half hour later I called again when I was notified my pizza was out for delivery & it would be 45+ minutes before it was delivered. I was informed the driver would be here in 15 minutes that he was coming straight here that was at 12:30ish., but my delivery was not first or even 3rd it was in fact last & arrived an hour later. I watched the delivery tracker as the driver delivered a pizza in my neighborhood & then went back north & completed 5-6 other deliveries before driving nonstop to get here... Almost makes you think he was told to do our delivery last. It is now 2:20pm I have been calling the store since 1pm & no one is answering. My office typically orders pizza for a large group of people a few times a month & this was our first & last experience with dominos. I am glad we were only placing a small order today. If this store can't handle 2 pizzas, I would hate to see them try to handle the 20-25 pizzas we order for the entire office building. After holding with the customer service line for 40 minutes I finally reached someone & they have been very helpful so far but as far as this store the service on the phone & delivery are terrible.
