My experience today was awful. I went through the drive thru and ordered a brown stew chicken with extra gravy. After I paid and the food was handed to me it appeared that extra gravy was not included. I asked the cashier to add some more gravy. She looked at me in an unpleasant manner and another employee next to her was staring me down at the window. The cashier closed the drive thru window and then I heard laughter and mumbling. The cashier handed me back the food and I told her thank you. She just looked at me with a serious face and didn’t say anything. I opened the container and was shocked to see that someone filled the container with so much gravy it was spilling over into the bag. The gravy was so excessive that you could barely see the rice under it. It was obvious that this was done spitefully by one of the employees. Now I realized what the laughter was about and understood the cashier’s demeanor when she handed the food back to me. I went into the restaurant and asked who dished out my food…of course all the employees were quiet. Then I noticed the second cashier that was at the window when I requested more gravy. I asked her twice if it was her and she just stared at me. Then she started cussing and speaking to me in a threatening manner. The manager came out and tried to address the situation but again the employee starting talking to me in a disrespectful manner and had to be pushed to the back because she was acting as though she was going to fight me. Unacceptable! I refuse to give my hard earned money to a business that has employees that are spiteful, aggressive, and unprofessional towards customers. There is no food in the world good enough that will allow me to accept disrespect for it.The food is not that flavorful and it does not taste like authentic...

On Sunday November 26th, 2023 my neice and her boy friend was driving from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, stop at Dutch Pot Restaurant and bought a small pan of Oxtail and sweet potatoes pudding. They got to Orlando about 8:00pm ish, so I put the Oxtail in the oven for it to get heated. We had dinner about 8-30 to 9pm. About 6 hrs later after eating some people started experience stomach ache. Five (5) people partake of the Oxtail (1) person partake of the pudding. The person that ate the pudding about 12:am her stomach started hurting then she started experience Diarrhea. Three (3) people out of the (5) that ate the Oxtail experience Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Light Headedness, Nausea, Stomach pain, and Weakness. My Daughter Vomited four time between (3am) to about (7am ). My neice vomited 3 time, my neice boy friend have Diarrhea twice. I am a Nurse so my first though was this cross contamination or Food Poisoning. we called november 29th today and spoke the Manager on duty, I dont know why She is a Manager my Sister was explaning the situating to Her, She was taking orders at the same time while on the phone with Her. That was very unprofessional, then she stated " we sell the same food every day and no one never complain, are you sure it was the food" My sister stated you are listening she replied yes i am then she stated " the pudding make sick, my Sister stated I was sick from the pudding but other family members got sick from the Oxtail, the Manager keep on repeating the same over and over so I said to my sister she is not listening so let just write a review to the Boss. I will never stop at this one again!!! Stepped out the car and found Marijuana in the parking lot. The staff mistreated the 1 staff member that had to be new that was trying to help us as a customer, They were talking about the poor girl infront us as a customer bad eyeing ,roughing her n while she tried to do her job as if they weren't aware that other persons can also understand the language, they were very rude, the card machine wasn't working when they barked at us to tap the screen instead of inserting the card; they act like its the customers responsibility to fix!! Yelled at us like they didn't know what to do and for tapping the card we broke it at this point we didn't bother even wanted the food yet we WALKED back to our car for cash since they already shared the food went back cause they had no change, all the staff looked at us and at each other n laughed as if they've never seen such bills before or we had provided other currency that they wouldn't know; then they snached the food back like " us " the customer had no intentions of paying for it. Staff BEHAVIOR ROTTEN!!
