It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This place is a mess. First of all they’re located inside of a Chili’s which you wouldn’t have any idea of knowing unless you call them first. So have fun driving around looking stupid, trying to find the location because these folks didn’t have the sense to put up a sign in order to advertise their business. This isn’t even the worst of it.

I ordered on DoorDash and they never even got the order, so when I got here they gave me the wrong order — getting my name mixed up with someone else. So I end up waiting a whole hour for my food. The poor lady at the front desk barely speaks English and is completely clueless as to what’s going on. When I brought it to her attention that they gave me the wrong order, she looked like a deer in headlights — Never eating here again.

Dry wings. Sauce was at the bottom on the food and only a little bit. Buffalo wings sauce tasted like straight hot sauce. They only offered to remake the food that night but I had to pick it up. Asked if I could get it the next night and they said no, they don’t apply credits to the next day. Will not be ever ordering from them or the real store Chilis. Still haven’t been given a refund. Don’t order from here. Horrible service. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive a refund from either DoorDash or the store. Even filled out...

I discovered this place while doing a pickup order at my local Chili's. It is a Virtual kitchen style restaurant with the only option of doordash delivery or pickup. The wings were so good! I got the smoked chicken wings with the ranch rub. They were meaty, crispy skin and tasted amazing. And they came with lots of curly fries. Eight wings and french fries for $8!
