Kim's Alley Bar — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This place is literally my new favorite. I drive up from Miami Beach to come visit my girl friend who lives nearby. We discovered this place last week because I just wanted to play pool. Have been back three times now(!) It is the chillest bar ever, tucked away in a little plaza. Bigger than it looks from the outside. The people there are super friendly, outgoing, and the vibes are just A+. No pretentiousness, come as you are, people of all ages. Jukebox is modern & you can control it from your phone which is super fun. $1 pool tables and free ping pong and people actually have etiquette and are polite about taking turns. (Shocker!) Drinks are totally reasonable. Go buy takeout chicken wings from Louie's across the plaza if you get hungry... they are so so good(!)...

Margie is AWESOME! Great little neighborhood bar with three pool tables and multiple dart boards ( plastic and steel tips ) , great music via a touchtunes juke. This is a smoking bar ( one of the few left ) , so no food is available. There are plenty of food options within 3 minutes walk or less. The locals were friendly with a sprinkle of tourists mixing in. Full liquor bar and beers in bottles are available for a reasonable price. 4 bucks for a domestic! I was here on a Friday day, so some of the guests were here while they were doing laundry next door which I found...

Really good place The bartender is a really cool dude he memorized my name after I told him one time I was there playing pool and drinking beers with a few friends and he let me open up a tab even though it was his first time seeing me didn't freak out when I walked outside to smoke a cigarette or anything All the people in the bar were really cool no drama no screaming good music they even have a ping pong table which got surprisingly competitive towards the end of the night really good place...
