2/24/25- Oh it is always consistent. I had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was iridescent , slimy ,no bigger than 3 1/2 ounces. The steak was cooked perfectly even though I asked for medium well and our service said well that's only with a slight pink in it. It was a lot more than slight pink, but not enough for me to return it. It was very tasty though. It came with/ small round Yukon potatoes, which were very good plus rapini , Hubby had the pork chop, which was very nice. Came with purple cabbage .As an appy I had the single crabcake. It was very good. Hubby had the cup of lobster bisque. It's corn and lobster. No lobster more corn kernels. But had the flavor . I don’t think there was any sherry.
They give you the tipping options 22% 20, 18%, , Well, guess what they include the tax when they're figuring out their Tips tsk tsk
12/02/24- Came in about 130pm, sat at the bar bartender was fabulous. Very nice. As a solo he made me feel very comfortable. I ordered the crabcakes sandwich. It was very good came with a little side salad. The only problem was all of your dressings except one have vinegar in it. So o went with your Sesame sea dressing, which was very good. Had a little bite to it, but Ilike it. again, the ( Bartender couldn’t of been any nicer and he got a little busy. Sent from my iPhone
4/13/22- had dinner, Heather our server was so spot on and her smile she made our dinner. 1-Kona-Crusted Lamb Loin , what a tender piece , 2- Oak Grilled Filet Mignon . Ordered a Caesar, Heather asked if going to share, no intention to but we said ok. She had it spit for us. Food is always consistent and those little desserts we had a s’mores and a pecan pie.
9/8/21- wow always a good meal. Came for lunch, sat at bar. Ordered two iced teas, one sweet. I had this summer corn soup very good. Then I went with the artichoke with lemon hummus. Hubby had the mahi taco. Looked really nicely plated.
4/27/19-We started with the artichoke with lemon hummus .Great spring meal Bistro Steak. Cooked perfectly. It came with asparagus , button potato’s small round potatoes. G had the grilled Filet Mignon. Wick also came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Plus we had a couple of glasses of wine. Read moreWe came out for our anniversary dinner. Margarita and Cosmo were delicious. Our server Adolfo was great. Nice customer service. The appetizer chicken pesto flat and crab cake was amazing (pic provided). In the midst of eating our apps, a roach surfaced on the wall next to me (pic provided). After knocking it down and killing it, we notified Adolfo, who offered to change our seat and notified manager. Awesome job, however we declined. Didn't want to create any additional attention. No table touch was made. Our entrée arrived. Lamb loin was perfect. Hubby did not like shrimp and grits (pic provided). It was partially cold and sauce seemed a bit off. We notified Adolfo, who passed message to manager.
I completed my lamb meal and hubby waited for dessert. Once Adolfo brought dessert options, the manager came and apologized for the roach and said they did just get a treatment and will do something on bill. Explained about dislike of Shrimp and grits and about this being our anniversary dinner. Nothing else was said except a recommendation of the rotisserie chicken. We declined an alternative meal. Cookies and cream, caramel cheesecake and the oatmeal cookie desserts were very good (pic provided).
First bill, they took off $10 (pic provided). We asked that manager did they know anything about what happened. He replied no. Beyond unacceptable. I said it was OK and began doing this review. First manager came back and gave updated bill with the flatbread and 2 desserts comped and a 25% employee discount (pic provided). I would NOT come back to this location. This is my first horrible experience in 4 years at a Seasons 52. If you do come here, PLEASE ask for Adolfo. He was exceptional!!! But management, needs hella work. Very nonchalant and very disconnected. No compassion. Not even a happy anniversary 😕. Very disappointed. What a memorable anniversary dinner

Read moreWe went here for my dad’s birthday as a larger party of 11. The food was mediocre, which is to be expected from a place with a calorie-concerned menu, but this was mainly due to plates clearly being stored in the oven while others were still being prepared.
The bus boy came to bring my father’s plate to him with heat protectant gloves on and handed the plate directly to my father rather than trying to set the plate down on the table. My father burnt both his hands on the scorching hot plate that was directly handed to him by the gloved sever and had to soak his hands in ice water for the remainder of the night.
We told the waiter what happened and he just said “I’m sorry, I don’t know what you want me to do about it now, they should have told you the plate was hot” - zero empathy, abysmal customer service. We proceeded to try to enjoy the night with nobody checking in.
After about 40 minutes, the manager finally came by to ask what happened and instead of apologizing or offering any sort of compensation, she just asked for my fathers information so she could create an “incident report”.
We ordered multiple bottles of wine, appetizers, dinner and dessert for 11 people, again, all here for the birthday celebration. They came with 1/6th of a glass full of prosecco and removed my father main dish off the bill as a ‘remediation’ - if you could call it that - but offered zero empathy nor an acceptable solution to rectify what happened.
Based on the sub par (at best) service we received and the pitiful way their staff treated us, I would not come back nor recommend to...
