Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

What a HORRIBLE experience!!! The so called manager, “Martha” started arguing with me over a receipt that I picked up. After we ordered and payed for our food she turns around, voids out our order and says there now you don’t get a receipt or your food at all. Refused to give us our food, even yelled at the cook because he had already started cooking our food. It wasn’t his fault or ours. Seemed like “Martha” was having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone! She picked the wrong person. I will be reporting her to corporate office, hopefully they do something about her, and all these reviews that I’m seeing that are not good! She needs a job NOT dealing with people, she has no manners!!!! Shame on this place for having such nasty employees and allowing them to continue to treat the customers like this!!! I have NEVER had a problem until today with this place! Shame on Charleys cheesesteaks for allowing this...

Ordered from thier app delivery guy drove around for 45min with my food in his car when restaurant is 3 blocks from me so i declined the order called the store for refund was told there was nothing they could do for me tried calling other location to get no help called their corporate number to not be able to speak to anyone recording said to go to location for help when i went in person manager and employees where no help to the point of being rude kept directing me to their app which kept directing me back to them finally i had to dispute charge with card company and we know how that goes I do not recommend charleys at the gallery mall in ft Lauderdale at all being run by a bunch of kids with no people...

Went here and ordered $5.99 philly and fries, $5.99 how in the Sam heck does my total come out to $8.53 after tax. I asked the young lady at the register and she said it's the sales tax of 7% if my math is correct that would bring me to $6.42 instead I'm a whole $2 over. So I said never mind I dont want this order just give me a cheese fries for my 3.29 and the total came to 3.99 after tax how the heck does that add up tax would've equaled. 21 cents. This place is a scam and I will never go here again. Incompetence runs in there staff and it baffles me everytime I asked for a manager they disregarded me. I am calling corporate and customer complaints first thing...
