I wanted to rate this place five stars because of the music. I-95 was playing live and they were awesome! We also had the sirloin sliders and they were pretty good. But my husband and I ordered a pear martini and a mojito and the mojito was weak and super sweet. So we complained to the waitress and she took offense as if it was she who was making the drink. She never came back to check on us and my husband had to go and order two more rounds (something else for him) on his own to the bartender. When we finally said something to the manager, he sent her to us and of course instead of being apologetic she just asked us what we wanted. Listen, if I’m going to pay $15 a drink which I don’t mind doing, then I want to be happily served and that unfortunately did not happen this evening. As you can see from the pictures below, the bar was pretty empty. But whatever, I wanted to spend the weekend here but won’t be coming back.

What's the best way to scam tourists? Blue Martini: Yes!!!!! Came in Saturday Night with my wife. Told the hostess we just want a drink at the bar. She charged us 20$ entrance fee. No receipt. No stamp. I paid in cash. The bill disappeared 🤔 Drinks at the bar were ok. Bellini supposed to be served with sparkling wine. Kind of difficult, if it comes straight out of the shaker! No fizz, no bubbles. Just dead and sweet. Same thing with the prickly pear inside the pink dragon. My highlight however, is charging 20% mandatory gratitude on top of the original bill. 2 cocktails, a beer, a vodka soda 68$ plus 20$ entrance 🤔🤔🤔 Just a rip off! Won't be back! Update: Thanks for the professional answer! Tip is a voluntary amount and not a mandatory payment. It's not my business, if the manager is unable to pay his employees properly!

Nice, beautiful-looking place. Been here about 3 times. Has an outdoor bar, 2 in-door bars, high chair and low chair table seating. Really liked the ambiance and the bartenders, the food and drinks the first 2 times. The third time was not good because the promoter for a concert hosted there majorly oversold General Admission tickets. As it got later in the evening (after 11 pm), it became impossible to move about the establishment, even to find the exit. There were so many peope there! Felt sorry for the servers. Good job event promoter, but bad job owner for allowing your establishment to violate fire codes that evening (05-15-2025). The attached video was taken before many more people were permitted entrance. I will not be returning for any event similar to the one held on May 15th, but will return for other occasions.

I give this place 2 stars for the D.J. and the other star would be for the cleanliness, but other than that I didn't not like it. One reason is because me and my boyfriend was visiting from out of town and we was charged because of our gender, meaning males had to pay a cover charge to visited your establishment and women didn't have to pay a cover charge which is down right ridiculous, only because we are males...and to the owner that stated my boyfriend name is a girl name, let me get you straight. First off Riah can be boy name or a girl name and clearly when we both were charged, your front door person can clearly see that Riah was a man, so for you to make that comment about it was a mistake on his part because he has a girl's name is a stupid comment for you to make and you a business owner, or manager. For the record his name is Zechariah and he goes by Riah and the fact that we were charged a cover charge just to visit your business just because of our gender is ridiculous and it wrong and you all are being money hungry. The next thing is that you all don't do coal changes, in order to get a coal change..you will have to pay for awhole new head change in order to get new coal's which is 30.00, plus when you have already paid 60.00 dollars for the hookah. Also the hookah wasn't even good. You charge all this money but give less product, which isn't fair and nor is it right! We didn't get one buzz off your hookah and I paid 123.00 for some trash and you all are the first one's to ask for a cover charge just because of your gender and every city that is known for their hookah has never ever not changed out coal's and told me that I had to paid for a new head change in order to get new coal's nor ever ask for a cover charge just because you are a male. All this is a bunch of bs and I see why at least 2 of your locations has closed down and with the way that you are running your establishment this will be your 3rd location that will be closing. I've should have known something was wrong when I really didn't see anyone else smoking hookah. But I will say this you can't win in this world by being greedy and money hungry because business will not last very long and when I was there at your establishment last week it wasn't very many people there and the one's that were there they got there drinks and left. You don't realized if you do the coal changes and not be greedy, you will make more profit by people doing head changes which changing the flavors and customers would continue to do different flavors and don't mind paying for it, especially if the hookah is good. Where I'm from these hookah places makes killing, and one place has 3 location because of how they run their business. So please stop...

GO TO KEKOON

GO TO SMITH AND WEBSTER

REQUESTING SERVICE IS NOT TOLERATED HERE!!!!

GO WHERE SERVICE IS NOT AN OPTION!!!

Visited this establishment on 6/5/2024 at approximately 7.30pm. The service started out impeccable until a request for a delayed order went left. Bartender accused a member of the party of assaulting her. After the member went to the bar to follow up on an order that was 30-45 mins delayed. Order being a bottle of water! According to the bartender - the individual touched her from across the 2 feet wide bar counter. The situation was escalated to the Manager Rex, who was asked to review the camera footage to confirm or dispute said claims; to which he stated the process was timely and the accused party would have to remain on the exterior of the establishment for the duration. We urged him to do so. While waiting we were approached by the event promoter, who requested we re-enter the establishment. The promoter ensured the security team that this directive was blessed by the manager Rex. We re-entered the establishment to continue our night. Shortly after our re-entry Rex the manager appeared with what appeared to be our tab; citing he had to close same. In an attempt to make sense of this turn of events we requested a conference with Rex on the exterior of the dwelling. It was there that Rex advised the promoter of the event stated he was to close our tab - a statement we soon discovered was deception on Rex's part. At this point the message was clear - our business was not desired at this establishment. We peacefully paid our bill minus gratuity and exited the establishment. Rex the manager made zero attempt to try and resolve the issue with the accessible facts i.e. the security footage. He sided with the bartender and her escalated accusation as by the second request for our exit from the establishment the bartender was now citing we were all intoxicated. A complete fabrication as 1/2 of the party present was consuming their 1st or 2nd drink. However her words were to Rex factual and final; evident in his decision to close our tab and when he was unable to justify his decision he used the promoter as a scape goat. Rex is a dishonest individual. The lesson here is to my melanated folks. Spend your coins somewhere else like Kekoons or Smith & Webster. Blue...

My recent experience at Blue Martini in Fort Lauderdale was highly disappointing. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I noticed that the cleanliness was subpar. However, I decided to give it a chance and proceeded to order food. Unfortunately, the chicken I ordered was overcooked and extremely dry, leaving me unsatisfied with my meal.

To make matters worse, when my girlfriend ordered a drink, we were shocked to find black particles in the ice and white floating substances in the drink. It was a clear indication of poor hygiene standards. Surprisingly, the manager, who happened to be sitting nearby, overheard our concerns and rather than addressing them professionally, she rudely denied the presence of any issues. This lack of accountability and customer service was truly disheartening.

Moreover, my initial suspicion regarding the restaurant's cleanliness was confirmed when I visited the restroom. It was unacceptably dirty, further indicating the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hygiene.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from Blue Martini in Fort Lauderdale. The unsanitary conditions, combined with the overcooked and dry food, made for an extremely disappointing dining experience. It is unfortunate that the manager's behavior only worsened the situation, as it demonstrated a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I hope that the management of Blue Martini takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving the overall quality of their...
