The Hub — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This isn’t towards the hub, this is towards the bbq/ smoke hut next to it, I couldn’t find it on Google, however it is a representation of the place next door, this is the second time I bought a $100 worth and told you not to give me the weight in dollar.. not to complain about the size of plates, that is ok. But man. It is dry…. And without sauce I am hurting for flavor in rice… in canned bean…. And pulled pork…. The brisket is ok… cook it about 2 to 3 hours less if you are keeping it in a warmer. Or might I suggest a small portable smoker. And the pork…. Same thing. 3-5 hours is all you need as 275 or less smoking and holding for hours.I appreciate the hustle, however it does need some work on the preset to hold to cook time… I didn’t get a chance to taste the ribs… sad but my own fault. The Hub is definitely a vibe! It's one of my favorite places to go when you just wanna let your hair down with friends on a Friday or Saturday night. It's a great place to party, especially on New Year's Eve. The unique scenery is awesome. It has 2 clubs with an outside patio.The place is usually packed, but it's still a great time. There is a lot of great eye candy for men and women.😉 The most you'll pay for a single drink is about $12.00. The music ranges between the latest hip hop with a little techno! I think it's definitely a safe place to go to turn up. They have a very tight security team, so keep your drunk problems at home! Oh, it's for the grown and sexy so dress...

I regret to say that my recent experience at The Hub Spark fell short of expectations. While the ambiance was pleasant, the quality of drinks left much to be desired. Additionally, there were noticeable shortcomings in customer service. It appeared that management struggled to effectively oversee operations and engage with patrons. Moreover, the lack of kindness and professionalism in management interactions further detracted from the overall experience. Constructive feedback and improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests especially a change in the kind of crowd...
