My review tonight is more about standards, morals and leadership with quality service than anything. On Friday 01/19/24. I put an order in online at 7:41pm. as I have many times before. I always follow the pizza tracker so I can keep a look out for the driver when they deliver to help the driver find the location and I always try to go out and meet them for their tip. After my online order at 7:41pm this particular night I did not get the online tracker working and it was not moving at all. Therefore, I put my phone number in three different times to see if my order went through. My notification on the phone was it didn’t recognize the number or order and could not find a order under that number. After that at 7:50pm I called the store to verify if they had gotten my order if not I was going to have to do it again. A young man answered the phone and I told him the issue as stated above that it’s not showing my order and could he confirm that the order went through. His reply was we been really busy tonight and I’m sure it hasn’t had time to pop-up on your phone the tracker well 9 mins had passed. So we both paused and he said is that all. I replied no it isn’t I called for someone to verify my order was there. He asked me my address I told him he said yes it out for delivery right now. Please keep in mind it only be 9 mins. I said okay shortly after that 7:56pm I got the tracker notification on my phone. The pizza according to that was in the prep stage according to the tracker. My pizza did arrive later at 8:06pm. The driver was very nice and professional. I tipped her and I went inside. When I got the pizza’s one was correct the other was wrong. I took a picture of the one that was wrong called and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that I couldn’t speak with a manager but was never given a reason but that okay. I was asked if I had a problem with the order. I said yes I do it’s not a complaint I have but more less a courtesy notice. I told him my order number and told that one pizza was correct and the other was wrong he read back the order to me and he I agreed on that. I told him I had photo’s if he wanted to see them that I wasn’t looking to complain and I didn’t want another pizza, or a refund, or anything else. I just wanted them to know the importance of getting it right and being accountable for their work. I went on to say I don’t know why I couldn’t have spoke to a manager about this or why anyone would tell my pizza was already out being delivered when there was no way it could been fixed based on the times from your tracker. The moral to this always be honest we all are human we all make mistake and people are very forgiving when your honest with people. There is no need to lie or make excuses.I hope this ultimately does find it to a manger because that title makes you responsible for the whole team and you need to be aware of everything going on in that team environment. Hope this helps someone...
Read moreI'm wondering how this store has more than 2 stars. I have ordered 4 times since moving to the area, because when I wanted pizza when living in red bank, Domino's used to be my first choice. Now I live in Rossville and my nearest dominos is in Fort O. The first time I ordered here, they told me they didn't deliver to my apartment complex. There was an incident a few years ago. They still don't come here even though it's been bought out and completely revamped (all new tenants, security measures, management, the works). Tried to get it sorted out by going through the corporate guys but it never got resolved. So I went and picked up our first order from this store. Had to wait because they lost one of our pizzas. The other one, when we got finally got our order, was cold, with barely any cheese. So we chalked it up to a bad night. Round 2... Another pick up since we were in the location. Not bad, but again, lost the regular cheese pizza and had to remake. More time wasted waiting in the lobby. 😒 Round 3... Decided to try Hotspot so we could at least get it delivered near our home. Got to the Hotspot and waited til 15 after the meet up time, called the store, and was told that they had to remake our order. I was told that the rest of our order was ready but not the cheese pizza. So I waited where I was since I didn't want to waste the gas to drive all the way home and back. Finally, an hour after my order, and after they got lost trying to find the Hotspot, the delivery person gave us our food but didn't even apologize for the wait. And guess what... The pizza that was ready first was COLD. I had to reheat it when I got home. Tonight, we gave them one last chance since it has been a few weeks and we really were low on options for a quick meal late at night. We ordered for pickup and drove out from Rossville. Another fiasco. The cheese pizza was missing, had to wait for a remake and the pan pizza had to be remade too since they didn't add the extra cheese I requested. (It was nearly naked, as usual.) Another hour of my time wasted. I didn't get angry at any of the people working and didn't make a scene, I was very gracious for them making my pizza over again, but damn Domino's how many times can you get it wrong? You've lost a customer for good. I expected at least a free drink for my time and the fact that tried hard to not make anyone feel bad for their mistakes. Customer service should be offering something to those of us that are clearly given poor service or quality. They should also considering calling their customers if a Hotspot delivery is going to be late. I'm really bitter about that experience. So sad about this location because the Red Bank one was...
Read moreWe ordered dominos in fortoglethorpe and spent $64.00 The pizza was just awful that nobody ate it at all. It was cold, undercooked, nasty, and tasted awful. We ordered side salads to go with, and the person over the phone charged me for my salads, when my husband picked the food up and got home I asked him where are the salads, I called them and asked about my side salads and the guy says they are all out of salads after being charged for them, the manager states he is sorry and will put the money we paid for the salads back on the card and hangs up, but dont say you have something and charge someone if you dont have it period just be honest. We Will be calling the bank monday to see if he put the money back on the card We also ordered chicken alfredo pasta, couldn't eat it. It was so disgusting, we gave it to the dog. We ordered the sweet bbq bacon chicken, and the 8 piece honey chicken wings (that we never got), i called back talked to the same rude person and the guy said he just forgot to ring them up but we did get the bbq bacon chicken just not the other which was fine considering if he really didnt charge me for it but the chicken we did receive, it was not fit to eat. The only thing that was any good at all was the bread sticks. I will never order pizza from them again, I will continue to order my pizza from home slice. Yes, we turned around and ordered food from our local pizza place even though we thought we would give dominos a try and we did and will never do it again. We will continue with home slice cause their food is always fresh, their pizza is mouth watering, their chicken wings is out of this world and the side salads are always fresh and the customer service at home slice is always friendly and the delivery service is the best. I recommend anyone who wants the best pizza around in the Chattanooga tn or rossville ga area to try home slice, you will be amazed at how tasty and good...
