Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

I’ve had jimmy John’s many times before and yes they are good, but just used the new location here in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga and ordered online and after I placed my order I realized that I accidentally chose delivery instead of pick-up which was my fault I admit, but when I came to pick it up, they couldn’t take off the $4 delivery charge, and they guy said not a big deal it’s only a couple of bucks. Yes it is but that’s not the point, yall aren’t delivering it so I shouldn’t have to pay for it I wanted to say but didn’t. I ordered a sandwich WITHOUT lettuce tomato and onion, then got home and guess what lettuce tomato and onion were on the sandwich. So I called and said can yall make another sandwich and have it delivered, he said they don’t have delivery it is door dashed out, and couldn’t get it made. I’m beyond over this store already, and it’s my first time, so the dude said he will have a manager refund me for the whole order, so we left our house to get cookout. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is they did refund me my money for the whole order so they kept their word for and that is the 2 star, if not for that it would be a 1 star. Such a terrible first experience here. Needless to say I just won’t order from them to avoid this...

Ok so this is the first time I have been to a Jimmy John's on my own. Even though they have been in the area for quite some time. I had kind of already studied the menu online before going in person and inside. I told the girl it was my 1st time. I asked her questions about the sandwich sizes. She was able to answer. I told her which one I wanted and she just stared like I'm suppose to know what to say next and doesn't ask me anything. So I had to ask her what I was missing to say next to her. Her question was then about adding cheese. Didn't tell me it was extra. Didn't ask if it was for here or to go, just assumed I guess. Not very inquisitive at all for an order taker. When sandwich was ready, the maker handed it to me with no bag or even asking if I would like a bag. Oh, that's right, because the order taker never asked either. No, I shouldn't have to mention it. Any fast food restaurant asks for here or to go or something of similar fashion. So I had to ask, can I get a bag? So he picks up the bag out of a stack and gives it to me with the response "They are right here". So I have to bag my own food as well. I'm sorry, I'm not the one who applied for the job and is getting paid. I will continue using Subway...

Beautiful new building. Friendly drive thru employee. Delicious wrap that was huge! Accidentally tried to order something called a beachside lol and the lady was very nice about that I meant a beach club and also that I couldn’t remember a lettuce wrap was called an Unwich. Huge sandwich for about $11. Would recommend getting it cut in half so it’s easier to handle if you are a smaller person. I’ve always gotten the beach club and it never disappoints. Great option when you’re craving a sammich through the drive...
