Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life the young lady working the drive-thru this morning seemed like she would have rather been anywhere but their. She was rude and had zero customer service skills she originally quoted me a total that was much larger than what mine should have been. When I asked her about it she snapped at me and said yes that is your total. She quickly realized she had given me the total for the car behind me she never apologized or even smiled to laugh off her simple mistake. Instead she made me feel like I was bothering her by being there. There is a Starbucks and a Mean Mug coffee place right down the road from your location and I am thankful that they are there because I will no longer be doing business at this...

I can't say enough good things about this drive-thru coffee shop! The service is always fast and friendly, no matter how busy they are. The staff greets you with a smile and gets your order perfect every time. As for the drinks, they are top-notch! The coffee is always rich and smooth, with just the right amount of flavor. I’ve tried everything from their iced coffee to their smoothies, and each one is consistently delicious. It's so convenient, and I always leave with a great cup of coffee and a smile. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in need of their daily caffeine fix!

The Fort Oglethorpe Scooters coffee is one of the best in my opinion. They are typically pretty quick and they have always gotten my order right and they are always friendly. If I have to wait on coffee they will chat with me and ask about my day and not just close the window. Everyone I’ve ever met through the drive through has been friendly.
