Ordered a Wendys salad without chicken due to our dietary restrictions. Pulled up to window & politely asked for some extra blue cheese since our salad was meatless (not much to asked for, right!) Woman come to window and say since they did not charge for the chicken, therefore, it'll be extra .40 for the blue cheese. I Asked how much was the salad, this woman was so outrageously rude and said she didn't know. I asked could she find out please. She then under her breathe tell me don't get a attitude to me. [I'm very shocked how we are getting treated]. She looks at the receipt for long time, realized something is wrong and say oh sorry they did charge us for a FULL price salad with chicken. And she said hold on while she go get more blue cheese to compensate the error. Seriously! This is How you treat your customers, no apology or nothing. It was a unfortunate situation because a family member needed to take their medication so we stop at Wendy's to get a quick bite to eat. This employee happens to be the Manager, Michelle. Such an awful experience and she needs more customer service Etiquette training especially as a Manager position or fired to prevent another sour episode to others . Read more6 hamburgers later and they finally got my sons hamburger right. They acted like it was my fault they couldn't make it correct but the young lady rang it just the way we ordered it. They sent it out wrong. I went back to the counter showed them the hamburger. They took my receipt but 15 minutes later he still hadn't gotten his. I go back to the counter and let them know we were still waiting. They ask for my receipt but they already have it. They send out 2 hamburgers both wrong. They make me check it at the counter and I say not its not right and the Cook says "well that's what you told me to make". The cook that I never spoke to. They again make 2 hamburgers and finally got it right and say we will replace it this time but next time you need a receipt. I GAVE THEM THE RECEIPT the first time I came to the counter plus I'm dining in. Its not like I left and came back or I went through the drive thru. So 30 minutes later my son has his hamburger but the rest of the family is done eating and ready to go. ...

I had already stopped coming to this Wendy’s over 6 months ago because the food was always either ( cold nasty fries, or the chicken on the sandwich seemed like it was reheated from the day before and tough and dry as hell, the buns were like they’d been left out in the open and the bread had hardened, or your order would be messed up and sometimes a combo of the above mentioned on top of very attitudes from the employees. But tonight I was craving a shake and thought well surely that can’t get screwed up. I got there at 9:51 they close at 10. And to keep from dealing with you they just won’t take your order. So at 9:57 I pull to the window and asked if they were closed. The employee was clearly mad I had done this and made it clear even though I only wanted a frosty. I will never be back to this restaurant. Idk who is the GM or owner but I’d start holding my employees to a little higher standard. Luckily there is 2 other wendys less than 10 minutes...
