Big box neighborhood store let me down. Canceled my on line order due to product shortage caused by the weather. That I understand HOWEVER, I had to call the store an hour after pick up time!! Only then was I informed my 58 item order had been canceled. This occurred on 12/23 at 3:00 PM. Most items were for our family Christmas dinner.
