When my wife, cousin, and I walked into the store in fort oglethorpe, ga. We had been pondering the idea of getting a brand new king size mattress to replace our previous one, and we were in the area so we stopped by. The gentlemen that was "maning" the store by himself was polite, friendly, assisting, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he know the differences in the mattresses, but he had examples of previous customers and proper advice to help educate my wife and me on which mattress may have been best. We finally decided to try the 0% financing option, or even the 72 month for that matter. However, for unimportant reasons, we were not approved for that. With that being said, he never made us feel even remotely embarrassed or anything of the sort when telling us that financing wasn't an option. Sam then proceeded to talk to us about the 90 days same as cash option and educated us on that. We explored some of the pricier sets because of the quality but decided the less expensive was more realistic financially at the time and we even compared that will the clearance/return items. After he let us know that for the difference in price versus the warranty of the new sets, we finally settled on a new king size that we are very happy with. Overall, the man assisted us patiently, respectfully, and got me a price that i was overall satisfied with. My husband and I walked into the store a week and a half ago with no idea what we wanted. Caroline earned brownie points immediately by asking “Do you want guidance or would you like to look around on your own?” We told her we would love to look on our own but would ask for her help as soon as we had any questions. She answered all of our questions and even offered some helpful information as soon as we were ready to hear it. She gave us her card and advised us to consider waiting until the Labor Day Sale to actually make our purchase. When we returned to make our purchase, Billy was manning the store. He greeted us with a bright smile and asked how he could help us. We filled him in and asked if he would mind giving us some price comparisons between two different mattresses and two different bed frames. Billy smiled at us again and immediately started putting numbers into the computer. You can tell that he enjoys his job and helping people. Read more(I KNOW THERE'S A ONE STAR FROM ME BUT THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE) A little over a month ago I ordered 2 full mattresses, 2 pillows, and 2 bamboo mattress covers. Now the delivery was a disaster they dropped my mattresses off on my front porch. And even though I paid an extra $100 for a "set up and haul off fee" my new mattresses were left outside and the old ones refused to haul off. And to beat it all the bamboo mattress protectors never showed up at my house I had to drive to the store and pick them up. So being frustrated with everything else I took the bamboo mattress protectors back for a refund about 9 days ago. So yesterday I call and speak to someone and they tell me my refund wasn't eligible so my refund hasn't even been processed 😳 so it takes them all but 2 mins to take your money but I'm going threw hell getting the money back I paid them even though the mattress protectors were already returned. So my bank tell me to be careful that mattress firm has a 120day return policy that if I ain't vigilant that they may be stalling til after their 120 day return policy. Now I have to go to my bank today to see what legally I can do to get my money back.
