Came into Cellaris today, Saturday June 25th. I called last week and spoke to a gentleman that made me look very forward to bringing my phone in and finally repairing the camera. He told me if I didn’t mind to wait, he could order the camera and it would be on Tuesday. I said that would be great. I called on Tuesday and spoke to whom I believe I unfortunately dealt with today at the store and he said he was on break. But would call me back in no more than ten minutes to check on that for me. An hour or two later I had to call back because I never received a call. The guy then responded “oh no I called and a man answered and I told him everything “. A blatant lie because 1. No one else had access to my phone. I was at home alone with my toddler son. And 2. Anyone that would have gotten a call from this gentleman going over the details of a rear camera that was ordered for an iPhone would have been very fast to tell him that he had the wrong number. Not sit through acting like they were the Owner of the phone needing the camera fixed. He then proceeded to tell me that there was a problem with delivery (which is fine. Everyone is having issues with delivery right now). But that it will definitely be in on Friday. Not one time was I asked my name. My number. Anything. To make note of who the camera was for. I came in today at about 2:15 to be told that the guy “gave that camera away”.
So to the owner or manager. The african American gentleman who worked today, June 25, around 2 pm. I would strongly suggest either finding better help. Or give him some kind of class in professionalism. My husband and I both were prepared to use your business and I had turned 4 other places down when calling around to figure out where I wanted to take my phone. initially speaking to the first employee (that I wish I had been able to deal with for all of this), we were set on your store. Read moreI was not very impressed. Dropped my daughter's boyfriend's iPhone 7 off to have the charging port replaced. The technician said it would be about an hour. We came back after 2.5 hours and he wasn't done. We waited and waited. He finally said he was finished. Paid $75. It showed it was charging, we plugged it up on our car charger and it didn't charge, so we thought it was just super dead. We waited FOREVER and it never showed it was charging. We were almost home at this point, so we called him. He said oh yeah, I knew you were going to call, come back when you can and I'll fix it. We were slightly annoyed, but okay whatever. We go back the next day and leave it with him for about an hour or so. He says everything is showing it's connected and working but he can't get it to charge and can we leave it overnight for his manager. We leave it and the manager calls the next day and says it needs a new battery and it will only be an extra 50 dollars instead of the usual $80. I was not happy; however, my boyfriend explained the whole situation and that we had been there 3 times and this would be our fourth and that the original guy messed up etc. He said there would be no charge for the new battery. At least he made it right, but it was annoying and something that I feel like could have been fixed in one trip instead of 4. Will not use them again.
