Went into the store today for the first time. It's very nice. You watch as they actually make the cookie dough in front of you. It smells so good!!! The staff was so polite and adorable and of course helpful. They had a sample on the counter of today's offerings, and the brownie was a different shape. So we ordered one brownie and one turtle cheesecake. When the brownie came it was a different shape and being a smartass as I am. I made the comment ... Oh it's different than that one! The adorable girl said ... That one was baked in a different shape of pan, it's still the same amount it's just instead of long and thin it's short and thick. So of course I had to say..... Oh just like me ... I am Short and Thick!!!!! The moral of my story today is ..... OMG THEY ARE BOTH...

Pay your workers a liveable wage, stop encouraging them to solicit tips from customers. If you charge 7+ dollars for a single cookie, there's no reason you can't pay your workers enough that they don't have to beg for change like urchins on the streets of Calcutta. I don't understand the hype about this place at all! They are way over priced for mediocre cookies $14 for 4 cookies! My teen son, husband and me didn't like them and we got 4 different flavor cookies but still, we tried to give them the benefit of a doubt and I tried to get in store credit or an exchange to at least try different flavors but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
