Read moreI went in today while pregnant and craving a sandwich. Since I can only have deli meat that’s cooked, I asked if I could order a regular turkey and cheese sub heated. I was told they weren’t allowed to do that, and instead, I had to choose a sandwich that was already on their “toasted” menu. When I got home, the sandwich was completely cold definitely not safe for pregnancy. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially when clear communication and a small accommodation could have made a big difference. I got the style of sandwich i wanted, but they just put random toppings/condiments on it with no regard for my selections. The second time, I ordered online through their site and picked it up in person. Same issue, but not as bad. I got the stuff I asked for, but they still added the mayo that i removed from the order.
