Geno's Pizza By The Slice — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I went through the drive thru and ordered the Genos special, pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with a water. I received the pizza and drinks at the window and was asked to park at the front and wait for the rest of my order. I went to the front and parked. I waited about 5 minutes and a young Blonde girl came outside and handed me the spaghetti. I asked her if the salad that I ordered was in the bag and she told me that salad didn't come with the spaghetti. I told her I ordered the genos special and I didn't get it. She rudely told me that I would have to go back through the drive thru to get it because she didn't take my order. So I said no, I already went through the drive thru, could u bring it to me and then she yelled at me and said "NO I WON'T". So I turned my car off and went inside. I was walking to the counter and this girl was cleaning off a table and when I walked by her she raised up and bumped into me, I didn't say a word. She said don't u dare run into me! I asked for a manager and they told me she was the manager. Will be calling the GM tomorrow. This is the spaghetti...

The wife and I finally had the nerve to venture out for the first time Saturday a week ago since this COVID thing has been going on. We were going to a movie and wanted to go somewhere for a quick bite of food. Since we live about five blocks from Geno's on Rogers Avenue we decided to stop there. We walked in and the first thing that caught our eyes was all of the food bits that was on the floor. We really wanted a salad until we looked at the salad bar. There was food EVERYWHERE. All over the bar, floor, there were food items mixed with other food items, it looked like nothing had been wiped down and cleaned in a week. There was no adult present that we saw only teenage girls. We were the only two people in there at the time and there is NO excuse for a food establishment to look like this. I ordered a slice and my wife ordered spaghetti which we had to wait at least 15 minutes to get. I just looked around the restaurant in general and I can safely say we will NOT be...

So here's the deal.... The woman that answered the phone was really nice and helpful with my order but when I got there it all kinda went downhill...

First the front door was locked at like 8:10 pm even though I thought the door said it's open til 9 but ok... So I went to the drive through window for my pizza but it was high and awkward for me in my car.

When I tried the pizza it had good seasoning and cheese but.... The sauce? I mean there is no sauce...? The crust was crispy and has good flavor but the pizza taste... Dry? Yeah I think dry is the best way I can describe it honestly. I shouldn't have to order pizza with extra sauce to get a normal amount of sauce...

If they at least tell me the lobby is closing early when I order for pickup, and add more sauce it would definitely be a better place until then? I can't really suggest it due to some things they can change and things they can't (the drive...
