Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Fort Smith

1st pizza couldn't be made correctly and was delivered. I couldn't eat it. I don't eat pork. I called to let them know. After an hour and a half I received a pizza that legitimately had remnants of sauce. Like if I wanted a margarita pizza I would have ordered one. I ordered online. In from out of town and can't seem to get my money back. If this is pizza in Arkansas I know I could make a killing making real authentic Italian pizza. May move there and put this place out of business. Anyway I call back this morning. Manager says she's going to find out what happened when the 2nd shift gets in. I wait trusting I will get my money from my online order. Meanwhile I'm waiting and I call back at 10 cuz it's been crickets and cicadas. I'm not giving my number again I gave it once and clearly they just don't care to get back to me. I paid $27 so I could starve. If it wasn't for family I wouldn't have even been there to get ripped off. What gets me if chicky on Saturday said she didn't know how to refund an online order but it was refunded to my card and then charged again for the same amount. So someone is lying. I'm waiting on random purchases to show up on my bill. And no one thought to call the manager Saturday Sunday and Monday or even leave a note or a voicemail or email Google chat something. And you can't ship me monkey bread to make up for it. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD INTENTIONS. So it took 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and a mini pizza. Have seen people show up and get and finish their food. We got the cheeseburger at the same time that a table that ordered cheeseburgers, 15-20 minutes after us. The nice lady that took our order did state it would take a little longer for the cheeseburger... the pizza was apparently finished and sitting without giving us the option of having it fresh. Thank you for the help, I just can't understand over a 30 minute wait for a cheeseburger and mini pizza. The pizza is great. I had the bacon cheeseburger mini. I give two stars because I know the pizza is good. However, the employees need some help or training. I have called in twice for carry out orders, waited a total of two hours and ten minutes. Second trip in I left without my order due to frustration. One hour and twenty minutes waiting, spoke to the employees twice, people were coming in and leaving around me. Orders are complete, some are stacked on the oven, some are put in the warmer. Orders are incorrect and shuffled as they are payed for. I thought it might be a little more convenient than Papa's, but...
