Living in Fort Smith you don't usually come across places like this. It is in kind of a perfect beautiful spot. The atmosphere is so chill and welcoming. I felt like I was going into the library wing at my cool aunts house or something. Comfy couches and perfectly decorated sections complement stacks of wondrous books. The owners seem really sweet and are very open to feedback and suggestions. You can even order things they may not have.They have a book club and have community literacy type events (book club meetings,poetry readings, local author showcases,etc) at their shop. They're great about updating their social media about the events ahead of time so you can schedule around them accordingly. A very needed and welcome edition to the downtown scape. My absolute favorite bookstore in Fort Smith! Being greeted by Barry (an adorable grey kitty cat) as I come in always makes me smile. The selection is amazing and the people are knowledgeable.
