There are way too many places in Ft Smith to eat at to deal with the drama here. I walked in, there were 3 people in line in front of me. No big deal. I waited. 16 minutes later I get up to order, and when I pay I go to get the receipt and it's not my order. The previous couple had ordered on the app and not paid, and set the receipts off on a chain of everyone getting wrong orders. They fixed that, the kid at the register was very apologetic but the girl that came to help him was very demeaning and rude to him. I go sit down and 21 minutes later they bring me my food. Should have been a burger and fries, instead the bag had nuggets and fries. I take it back up, and they say they'll fix it. I ordered a double quarter pounder, 13 minutes later they bring me a big Mac and the same fries from the screwed up first attempt (they didn't even take them out of the bag). I tell them no, I didn't order a big Mac and they ask for my receipt. I tell them the kid didn't give me one (at no point have I left the front if the lobby by the counters because they hadn't given me my drink yet either) and the lady that handed me my food said "well then I guess you'll be happy with a bigmac" and laughed. I looked at her, not really sure what to say, and she turns and hands me a double qp and the same fries and walks off. I had ordered it with no onions, but the one they gave me was LOADED with onions but I sure wasn't dealing with sending it back again. All total I was here well over an hour. In that entire time, EVERY single order they sent out was brought back up to the counter because it was the wrong food or missing something. Every other time the door opened it was someone from the drive through coming in to fix their order. Right before I left, an employee was walking around to each table with a pencil and paper asking what each table had ordered because they couldn't find tickets and orders. I watched one of the workers drop a wrapped burger on the floor, then put it on the tray. He put it on the tray, then picked it up like he was going to trash it, then put it back. About the facility: The tables were clean, the drink station was very clean. The women's restroom was clean but there was no toilet paper, and when I pointed it out the young man was very apologetic but noone went in and restocked it. The kiosks were closed down "because of Covid" and they don't have the tables numbered so that you can order from the app without having to go to the register. Parking is a nightmare: the drive through traffic leave you stuck in your parking spot forever waiting to let you out. Avoid this location...
Read moreWent here this morning for my daily breakfast. When i got to the window they said my order had already been paid for. We wondered together how it was showing paid. The drive through lady called for assistance to where the manager Heather came up in a rush. She pushed a couple buttons and said we will just rering the order. She redid the order and said my total was $8.74 which was incorrect from the previous total. At this point i remembered that i recently linked my card to the app and maybe it just automatically charges even if you don't order off the app. I asked the manager if this was a possibility, she did not know. I opened my bank account and seen that they did already charge me for the first correct order and a second charge for the order the manager entered. Showing the transactions from my bank to the manager I advised that they had charged me for both the initial correct order and second incorrect one that she put in. AND THIS IS WHERE IT BEGINS. Heather snaps back, well we didn't charge you for the second one, to which i respond, ma'am its right here on my bank info. She hatefully argues with me for a time telling me i need to wait a couple days and then call her. It seemed to me that she was putting the burden on me for her mistake but either way i agreed and moved to second window. When i arrived to the second window the worker handed me the food for the incorrect order that she tried to tell me she didn't process. I advised that was incorrect and told her what i had, she responds, oh i have that one here too. I asked her to call Heather up as they had now obviously rang in both orders. Heather walks to the window and screams at me " at this point what do you want! You are holding up the rest of the orders and i need you out of here". You could see the rest of the crew cringing as she yells out the window, further embarrassing me to the public. I replied, no ma'am, you are holding up the progress by triple charging me to my face and telling me it didn't happen. She screams WHATEVER, walks off and brings back cash. The second charge was $8.74, she comes back and screams again here's $8.75 i hope your happy and stomps off! Again you could see the other workers cringing at the behavior. I ask the polite drive through lady what the managers name was to which she told me Heather and she is the GM. Flabbergasted and embarrassed...
Read moreMy child and I went here for an after school bite on Apri13th days after Arkansas restrictions have been lifted for restaurants concerning CoVid. Went inside to order at my 10 year olds request. Walked in and ordered two $3 double cheeseburger with small fry bundle. Sat and waited for our food received it rather speedy, which I will commend them, however I only had a single beef patty, retured to the counter and was replaced without issue. The problem comes after me and my child are approximately halfway through our meal and are interrupted by an employee telling us that the dining area was closed. Seeing that I was nearly done with my meal My daughter halfway through hers I told the employee that "I wouldn't take long" . She said nothing in return walked off and I assume brought her shift leader or manager by and without hesitation she tells me in front of my daughter that if I "don't leave she would call the police!" In shock of the unseverity of the situation I told her to "go ahead and call the police I would be done with my meal and halfway home by the time they decided to show up." Then I asked where is the sign that says there is no dine in and why is the dine-in open and available to sit at and why did it take halfway through my meal for you to tell me? Then I was met with you need to learn how to read it's posted on the door. I responded with so are about 14 other things, am I to read every single one before I come in for a burger? My girl sensing I was getting frustrated asked if we could go. Seeing the look in her eye we left without incident but as I was leaving could still hear someone in the back of the restaurant...
