McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Extremely poor management on DM Chris part. Rarely are orders out in under 10 minutes throughout the day at the McDonald's on Rogers by Walmart (I frequent several times a day through out the week). Night shift is always short handed and full mostly with teen who neither have work ethic nor want to be there while their playing on their phones and vaping.

Also I've had a manager friend inform me that a homeless military veteran who only has EBT can not bring in food from outside, do to it being a food contamination/food safety matter; though employees can bring their own meals, other customers and employees can bring outside food and have parties... Double standards? Discrimination? Harassment? Personal Vendetta? Stalking? Targeting?

Also informed if I can not produce a receipt for any drink or meal which I or another purchases I can be banned and kicked out upon "questioned". So are we checking everyone's receipts or just those which we have an issue with because they frequent a set location? Discrimination again? Harassment again? Targeting again?

Or what is Corporate policy and how does me using smokeless tobacco and a leak proof spill proof container after a meal while chatting with my own company in the lobby affect food contamination and food safety hazard whatever being told I can not have chew or dip inside the McDonald's on Rogers by Walmart.

All this while I am not obstructing customers or employees nor hindering either orders being made or work that is being done. I don't bother anyone and stay to myself as I do online classes and work on my laptop or phone....

Should I contact Corporate or just...

The cashier cannot count change back. Especially coins. She was unaware that I was standing there. She had her back to the door and counter. I had to speak to her to get her attention. I was the ONLY person/customer in the place literally. Made the comment she's about to clock out. I told her the debit card machine on my side was having issues. She told me to hit the red button - try again. Once I pulled my card out the transaction completed. She treated me as an inconvenience,she acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there.

THEN I realized that you now have to pay for a second dipping sauce. Next time I'll use what I have at home & you won't make an extra 35 cents from me. That's quite an enterprise your company has going. McDonald's used to be family friendly and budget friendly and good, courteous employees. The jokes on me,I won't spend another dime in any McDonald's.

The BEST employee in that location is Mrs Debra,she cares more about the restaurant and customers more than anyone. And at least when she's working you can find more than one table to sit at that's clean. And the drink dispenser area is always stocked and ready for the next customers. I understand the boycott,poor food, service and cleanliness.

It's sad that there's NO PRIDE in doing your job well. McDonald's may not be your dream job,but it's the next step to your dream job.

This is not the first time I've had this experience at the same location,but it's definitely my last. No wonder people are cooking at home more or going to other establishments that realize that the person walking in the door is the reason you...

They made us wait for our drinks. My daughter was thirsty and we asked were our cups were and the lady said we have wait for our drinks till the meal is done. She didn't tell us why or nothing but that there was no refills. I'm very upset and then we had to wait for our meal for 15mins BC they forgot about it said no one got our order and then they gave us our drink. So when I left I told them they were the worst McDonalds in fort smith and all others give your drink first always let you get refills so as long as you are in store. And have never forgotten a order. The one McDonald right down the road from mall is the one that I go to now and I told em what y'all did they smiled said they had heard other story's to. Appently y'all do not know how to run that place the staff was rude. More important my god daughter 6 yo needed something to drink out of anything should have at least given her, her drink. We adults could have waited. Children are important need a lot of care that includes water which is what we ordered. We had to wait on water. WATER and three small dollar meals. 15mins y'all were a good place till now. And it was so dark inside. I dislike the new rebuilt one and all the staff bring the old ones back. Y'all are mean rude didn't care. I hope y'all lose business. Oh and BTW when We got our food it was frekn cold. COLD. Y'all are the worst and I will be going up there sometime to speak with the boss manger whoever is above the workers. And we didn't get a recipet. Wow y'all...
