Our 1st lunch here (the day after they opened) was fantastic (see review below). Our next meal here was “okay”. We tried the caprese salad this time & it shouldn’t be on the menu unless it’s made with quality, ripe tomatoes (not great). The mozzarella sticks seemed diffferent (not bad, but not amazing like the week they opened). The thick pizza by the slice must have been sitting out a really long time b/c it looked & tasted like it (one bite was all we had). We also ordered an XL pepperoni pizza & it was great but it was the only thing that was on the level this time. Leaving our rating at 4 stars b/c the actual pizza was great both times, but we were disappointed with the rest of this meal after having such an impressive experience earlier. It may have just been an off day so we may try again in the future but it’ll prob be awhile. 1st review after they just opened: We stopped by for lunch the day after they opened in their new location. The place looks great! We ordered focaccia bread w/ oil, mozzarella cheese sticks, caprese salad, large pizza (1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 pepperoni & mushroom), & tried four different 5oz draft beers (made my own beer flight). Here’s our opinion: It’s a FANTASTIC addition to Fort Smith & our hope is that more unique, quality, delicious places like Vinnie’s will open in this area sooner rather than later. Will we be going back? Absolutely. The only thing we weren’t fans of was the focaccia bread- it was tough/dense/harder than we prefer (personal preference… I’m sure tons of people love it). Not sure how the Caprese salad is b/c they were out of the tomatoes for it, but I’m sure it’s amazing. The mozzarella sticks are next level. Each cheese stick is about the size of 4 regular sized cheese sticks & is obviously homemade & delicious. The pizza was fabulous, as well, & leftovers the next day (today) were just as good. I’m a fan of flights of beer, so love that you can pay around $2.50 per 5 oz glass & try a few different ones. They also sell pizza by the slice (we didn’t get any single slices while there, but probably will next time). One last request: Would definitely buy a Vinnie’s Pies t-shirt (for sale when you walk in) if they were black or dark gray instead of just white (love the material/feel/style of them).

I could start off with how they forgot to make the only two pies in my order when I showed up so it took much longer than promised (I know this because I heard the girl at the front counter ask the guys in the back when she walked in there to ask them about the order). Also, apparently there’s a difference between the “JERSEY MARGHERITA PIZZA” and the “regular” Margherita pizza that is NOT explained anywhere on the menu until you try to eat it. The dough is extremely paper thin, probably even thinner than paper. We couldn’t even eat this because when you tried to pull out a slice, then entire narrow end of the pizza came apart as it was soaked in sauce and it just became a huge mess. I tried to inquire with them letting them know we can’t even pull a slice without it breaking and dripping everywhere and was told “sorry, it’s thinner than the others so we’re unable to do anything.” For $22+ the response was very disappointing. We also got a pepperoni which was better than the slop margherita (because that’s exactly how it pulled apart and landed on your dish), but was not hot when we got it. Spent over $45 on this meal to only be able to semi-enjoy one pie.

I’m not usually big on thin crust/NY style but MAN this blew me away. The food was absolutely incredible and I don’t think you can go wrong with any pizza but the Buffalo Chicken pizza I had was so good. The Boli knots as an app are a must and if you’re looking for a cocktail their Old Fashioned Smokey had wonderful presentation and tasted amazing. If you aren’t stuffed to brim with pizza and knots then the cheesecake is a must too it’s a local family that makes it and may sell out quick. I got to meet Vinnie twice and him and his staff are nothing but wonderful people. Definitely my favorite pizza establishment in Arkansas now.

Goodness me, where do I even begin? From the moment you step into Vinnie’s, you’re hit with the irresistible aroma of fresh dough, bubbling cheese, and garlic that lets you know you’re in the right place. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of cozy and classic—think red-checkered tablecloths, warm lighting, and friendly faces behind the counter. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, you’re greeted like family. It’s clear that Vinnie’s isn’t just another pizza joint; it’s a staple of the community, built on passion and tradition. The pizza itself? Absolute perfection. The crust walks the fine line between crispy and chewy with ease, and every bite bursts with flavor. I tried the classic pepperoni and their signature “Brooklyn White” pie—both were out of this world. The pepperoni had just the right amount of char on the edges, and the mozzarella was stretchy, creamy, and fresh. The white pie was garlicky, herby, and had just enough ricotta to make every bite rich but not heavy. You can taste the quality in every ingredient. Beyond the pizza, Vinnie’s nails the details. The garlic knots are fluffy and golden, drenched in buttery goodness, and served with a house-made marinara that’s got a slow-cooked depth of flavor. Their Caesar salad is crisp, cold, and balanced with just the right punch of anchovy and Parmesan. Even their soda fountain seems better than average—cold, fizzy, and never flat. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just order a slice; you order the whole experience. Service is another area where Vinnie’s shines. The staff is attentive without being pushy, and they genuinely seem happy to be there. They know the menu like the back of their hand and are quick to recommend favorites or pairings. Even during the busy dinner rush, we felt taken care of, with drinks refilled promptly and our food arriving piping hot and exactly as ordered. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I believe my servers name was Ian. Tall, black hair, 18, went to Northside high school in the graduating class of 2025. He was quite possibly one of the nicest young men I have ever met. All in all, Vinnie’s is everything you want in a neighborhood pizza shop: delicious food, warm vibes, and people who care. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, bringing the family for dinner, or picking up a pie for game night, Vinnie’s delivers—literally and figuratively. If you’re within driving distance and haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place isn’t just a five-star pizza spot—it’s a...

From the moment we walked into this charming new spot, we knew we were in for a treat. This place easily snatches the crown for the best pizza in Arkansas, hands down. Don’t make the mistake of being lured away by something far from Fort Smith. There is a new rightful champ in the natural state. Vinnie’s simply stands out with its genuine quality, unmatched recipes, and the kind of warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home.

It's clear that the kitchen prioritizes quality over everything else. The crust strikes a perfect balance between chewy and crispy, and our whole dining experience was seamless from start to finish. But here's the real kicker: We had a bit of a mishap and dropped nearly an entire pizza right off our table. Enter Vinnie, whose response was nothing short of incredible. Without a hint of frustration or inconvenience, he assured us it was no problem at all. In what felt like the blink of an eye (actually about ten minutes), a fresh, hot pizza was back on our table. This level of service is increasingly rare and speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to its customers.

The wait staff deserve their own round of applause. Friendly, attentive, and ready with a recommendation, they made us feel like regulars on our very first visit. It's this kind of hospitality that turns first-time guests into loyal patrons.

And let's not forget NBA Jam and Turtles in Time - what a cool touch! It's just another way this restaurant distinguishes itself. In summary, if you're in Arkansas and craving pizza, do yourself a favor and visit this place. It's one that we'll be talking about and returning to for hopefully a long time to come. 10/10: The Heirs to the...
