This company no longer cares about the individual customer. Baristas and Managers are on their phones while taking orders, spend 10 minutes pouring a black cold brew, and chat behind the counter for a few minutes before starting on product. It makes sense for those who work in the shop and get to wait, but as someone who works nearby and needs a quick pick-me-up, this place is definitely on their own time. I’ve began making my own coffee at home and bringing it to work, even though I seek supporting local businesses. Before the other companies became a part of the District, back when it was just the coffee shops, the quality of merchandise and service were extraordinarily better than what is seen now. Coffee is flavorful but the flavor is tainted via poor service. Out of the coffeehouses in Fort Smith, this is your best option until another coffeehouse with a service-based mission...
Read moreUpdated from 7/8/24 review: still disappointed in this location there were literally 6 staff in the kitchen and we waited in line with no one in front of us for a good 10 minutes. I will be taking my business to Perk Coffee from now on, they are so much more friendly and care for the customers right away.
Pretty disappointed in this location today. The baristas were pretty rude and asked them multiple times to turn down music a lot of people were working from the coffee shop today and they were playing like clubbing music in a coffee shop. Asked the barista for ingredients due to severe allergies and didn’t get a good response. Very upset with today’s visit and was not a good atmosphere to work from like it usually is. Read moreThe atmosphere is beautiful but…. The workers have bad attitudes and I literally had a giant cockroach crawl up my arm when I reached for a lid for my coffee. The barista witnessed the whole thing even the cockroach running back to the kitchen and all she did was offer a sorry and returned to making coffee. Not a fan of this place. Hopefully they can find workers with better attitudes and get pest control out for a visit.
